Collazo did not get robbed, it was a close fight but hatton took it just imo, mainly through the knockdown. Hatton was hanging on at the end and did really well to beat a very under rated fighter in his own back yard
Based on what?! Hatton's name is 'big' because he's 44(31)-1, the '1' being the p4p no. 1 at the time. With all due respect to Paulie, you don't get that record if Paulie Malignaggi is a 'way better boxer' than you are.
As usual, betting odds are based not on a realistic assessment of a fighters chances, but on where the punters are putting their money but that said, I can't see any reason for Paulie to be favourite anywhere. He can't hurt Hatton, unless he gets lucky and cuts him, but Hatton can certainly hurt him - bad. That ain't a recipe for being favourite unless there's a class difference in technical skill that simply isn't there. If you think there is, it's Hatton being underestimated, not Malignaggi.

Joe has a W against Hopkins on his resume and Hopkins has a L against Joe on his resume. When people look at their resumes in 50 years time thats what they will look at. Also Joe Fought outside his own Country, Hopkins never. Joe was unbeaten, Hopkins was not. Hopkins ducked Joe when in his prime by agreeing a fight and then asking for double the cash the next day.

Hatton v's Pacman will be at Wembley or Cardiff, makes no financial sense what so ever to do it in Vegas. 100000 people at Wembley plus if its on primetime in the UK it will do more PPV on sky box office than it would do on HBO ppv. Plus the pound is down against the dollar and people can't afford to fly over in the current financial environment.

Judah should not be anywhere near a title fight. Most over rated boxer in history who has never beaten a top opponent. If Judah was british he would have been ridiculed and left by the way side by now
Cotto is one of my fave fighters to watch but I would say he has been over rated a tad. His best wins were against Mosley and Malignaggi. Mosley has been beat on numerous occassions and paulie is bobbins. He has alos just quit against a decent fighter with a great chin but tony is no more than that
Now if Hatton gives paulie a good hiding and knocks him out then that will nullify one of cottos best wins and we might just have to reassess the position of Cotto in the p4p top echelons
Simple facts about Hatton.
Hes the ring champ at 140 and has never been beaten at 140.
Apart from Lazcano which was a fight he totally dominated for 12 rounds and hammered the guy from pillar to post he has been fighting harder fights and for belts than any of the peeps people keep shouting out, eg witter, torres etc. Collazo at ww in the usa is a far harder fight than what witter would be. Mayweather in vegas was a far harder fight than torres would be. Castillo was a legend, KTsyzu was a legend and hatton dispatched both of them.
Hatton would have beaten cotto at 140 at that time if they had have fought. Hatton was not weight drained, was in his prime and was faster, stronger, better ko ratio and threw more accurate punches than cotto did in his time at 140. But people must remember that Tszu was THE MAN at 140 at that time and Cotto and Floyd stayed the fuck away from him, yet Hatton took him on and beat him in a great fight.
Now nxt up for Hatton is Paulie, Hatton will anhilate him imo, it's not even gonne be funny. Then if he beats Pac-man at wembley nxt year and calls it a day, that is a GREAT carrer.
