Yea but you are always going to have that with ANY sport. And you can say that about ANY country that produced an ATG in their nation that didn't already do so. For every hundred fair-weather fans, you'll have a couple or so that'll stick with the sport, and in time appreciate it like art with the love and passion of a hardcore fan. Aside from different host what's the main difference? Fight 360 on Showtime instead of 24/7 on HBO is the only difference I can think of. How will this get mainstream coverage if you need to suscribe to Showtime to watch Fight 360 anyways? Will they really show the fight a week later on CBS? Pardon my ignorance...
I gave him credit for Cotto more than Clottey. Can we admit Cotto was not the same after Margarito. Clottey gasses. All these fighters were picked for a reason. Last night Khan-Maidana Roy Jones was on point as usual. While Lampley and Merchant were celebrating every punch Khan threw Roy was pointing out all of the good shots Maidana was landing. He even predicted the overhand right catching Khan's jaw and causing problems. It was exactly the punch that turned the fight to. Roy is consistently good calling the action, even back in the late 90s when he first started he was impressive.

yea for sure. when his game plan wasn't working in the early rounds, i thought it was a wrap for him. he simply mustered up the proper will and determination in the later rounds to win in a close fight. oh and shout out to Montoya..played his part to a tee.
