this would also be a great fight (of which i said about diaz and pacquiao) both of these fights would be 100% all action.
hard to see a definate outcome...
i think it will be 30% action and 70% holding by Hatton. Hatton is a dirty fighter.
Pacman VS Diaz will be more exciting. Clean brawlers = 100% action
Hatton's strongest weight is obviously 140, they are both busy fighters so I would give Hatton's strength the edge and could a late stoppage.
yeah, hatton is a busy fighter. busy holding and hitting and then holding again.
williams will outwork him like calzaghe did jones
i don't think williams is as quick as calzaghe. calzaghe is has faster hands--he has quicker feet too.
hopkins by a UD at 175lb
i think dawson can beat him too.
I recall Teddy "The Jinx" Atlas stating Moorer was lazy as heck.
Don't know what he has to teach Manny while Freddie's gone.
How to be lazy as heck, maybe?
but we have to admit his boxing record is a lot better than justin fortune's.
come on guys we hate to see him again but let's give him a chance. he is only 31 and i think still got some chin. if only he can get his stamina back with his speed he'll be okay.
You was doing real good on your posts. But Cotto has NEVER called Floyd out.
it's not cotto's style.
but i remember cotto's promoter called out floyd for him a couple years ago.
i'm also wondering why floyd picked marquez while there are a handful of boxers who are more than willing to fight him at 147. or maybe this is just a tune-up fight for him.
height is too short, too
gesta is just too short for lightweight division.
height: 5'5"
reach: 65"
his height and reach belong to featherweight division.
now who's left with evangelista cotto?
i'm just wondering why andre berto couldn't take a junior welterweight out while he is so much bigger than urango.
i don't think berto is ready for the elite in the division. i don't know when he will be. i think even zab judah will give him some serious problems.
skill-wise, khan is nothing compared to marquez.
but consider khan's size--he is 5'10" and come fight night he could be more than 10lb heavier. khan will be faster too. and i don't think marquez can hurt him.
pls know that ivan calderon's chin is not that great.
and i don't think he can hurt mayol.
mayol has some speed too and roach likes to teach his boxers to move a lot
and mayol has an advantage in the power department he just have to learn how to land that left hook.
so i think mayol has a better chance than you think.
Darchi-Gorrez
This could easily become something akin to Arce-Mijares...Or, it can have a sorry ending for Gorres.
Gorres tends to fade in the late rounds. That's when Darchinyan has the best chance of catching him.
Speaking of Arce, I heard that he is slated to face a Filipino in the first week of December in New Mexico for the WBC Latino Bantamweight title. The name of the Filipino is Janiola, who is reportedly based in Cebu and goes with the moniker, "Braveheart." He reportedly was KD'd by Eric Ortiz recently in a losing battle.
Does any of the Pinoys know about this?
A well prepared Gorrez can surely beat Darchinyan but it won't be as lopsided as the Arce-Mijares fight. Gorrez is not that good.
