I said that to say that Manny Pacquiao's star power comes from three specific matches: DLH, Cotto and Margarito.
Take those three wins away and Manny's biggest wins come over Barrera, Morales and Marquez(2 which are VERY debatable, the last was a robbery).
Now go ahead and make a case for Pacquiao being a superstar without those three wins when you take a good and honest look at the 15 fights he has since first fighting Barrera.
For sure Manny puts on great performances. That's undeniable as well. However great performances do not equal a great legacy when the opposition doesn't warrant the value given to enhance one's legacy.

I think it's funny people are acting like Floyd was the one that knocked out PAC. Like if all of a sudden Floyd should get all the credit of a fight that was never fought.
Boxing is a beautiful sport and we can all say Floyd or Pac would have won, but no other fights can give us the true result other than the actual fight.
Examples:
Junior Jones steamrolled Barrera, Morales steamrolled Junior Jones, yet these 2 guys had life and death battles.
Pacquiao steamrolled Barrera, and Barrera beat a shot Morales, yet Morales next fight he clearly and decisively beat Pacquiao.
Marquez was seen as loosing a step, being nearly 40, and Pacquiao had supposively achieved heights that had left his rival in the dust. Yet, Marquez proved he could overcome clearly beating him twice one in devastating fashion.
All I am saying is lets not kid ourselves here, we all suspect an outcome, but NO ONE really knows what could have been. And no credit is due where no work has been done.

ppl are simply giving floyd credit (and rightfully so) for being willing to fight cotto at 154, a weight cotto is comftorable at and mayweather is not rather than having the oposite situation at 147. you might recall a certain congressman forcing cotto to drop an additional two pounds and defend his 147lb title at 145lbs making a total mockery of the belt in the process all to get an advantage in the fight.
and now history repeats itself with bradley, they could have a fair fight at 140 where they are both at their best. but instead pacquiao will drag bradley beyond his best weight and force him to compete in a weightclass where he never fought a top fighter before.

A combination of both would be best. Anything unusual in the blood and urine should be found if its analyzed properly by a lab chemist. I sometimes work temporarily at a medical centre for a petroleum company and from what i observed the only people that avoid the test are drug users. The clean workers have no problems with the testing.
