No, when that left hand lands on your chin you will be wishing you didn't say that.. You have everything to lose and more.
A-FORCE KO6 a la Williams II beat down...
shut the fcuk up you illusional idiot. get your mommas crack pipe out your broken teeth and get a dose of reality. I thought you were supposed to be training in the mountains, not sitting behind a keyboard, Fraudley.....FRAUD
floyd is writing his own story as he wants to. as someone once said "you can fool SOME of the people ALL of the time, you can fool ALL of the people SOME of the time - BUT you CANT fool ALL of the people ALL of the time"
Floyd is a master tactician but with each day passing and not fighting manny as his peak, we can all debate the inn's and outs but in reality in 20 years time we will remember mayweather for his greatness, his skill, but also his desire to not face the best when they were at their best all of the time.....it's a shame as the guy has such talents physically, just a shame he's been a bit short changed in the mental attributes fighters like pacman posses.....if those 2 could roll their skills together they would be unstoppable....
same can be said for manny. b.c the fact remains. no matter who pac beats. floyds name is always mentioned and they question whether pac can beat floyd, no matter what pac has done.
also, pac is the one who walked away from the fight with floyd. so the pressure is more on pac that floyd. b.c no matter who pac beats, people will ask if he can beat floyd and most experts have already said, NO
i disagree the pressure is more on pac. i think the pressure is definatley on floyd. pacman is fighting twice a year and doing a great job of entertaining and not talking himself up. floyd fights once a year or every two years but puts a lot of pressure and public eye on himself. maybe he likes it this way? but i dont agree the pressure is on pac now. i think its firmly back in mayweathers lap to provide the next move...
i've also been watching boxing since the 80's and never has a fighter had me so fixed to the tv before. i remember watching iron mike as a young kid and i used to stay up late with my dad to catch his fights and then be shattered for 2 days afterwards as i couldnt go to sleep after seeing him as i was so hyped up..
pacquiao is electric. exciting. entertaining. brilliant. he has everything going in his favour and i agree with you OP - he is the most exciting fighter i've ever watched before. nothing seems to faze the man. we are witnessing something special. i made my daughter watch the fight and told her she was witnessing history and to remember in years to come they would be talking about him when she was older and to say she watched a fight live on tv as i dont see another 1 like him coming for years, if ever .....
same can be said for manny. b.c the fact remains. no matter who pac beats. floyds name is always mentioned and they question whether pac can beat floyd, no matter what pac has done.

and no matter who pac beats he can never escape floyds name being brought up and whther he can beat floyd
agreed! its because these two are heads and shoulders above everyone else in their divisions. "flomos" and "pactards" (sounds very childish using those words) must even agree that these two are the best of the best and they just need to get it on even if they pretend to themselves the other fighter, the one they dont support is crap, because neither man is crap
was talking to someone last night and they put it to me that the Klitschkos are going after Chisora to box Haye into a corner because they expect to knock Chisora out with lots of Brits watching and then calling for Haye to go and finish what Chisora couldnt do....made sense to me:headbang:
Word on the street is that during the build up to the Tyson- Douglas fight, Mike Williams killed Mike Tyson with a jab while eating a burrito with the other hand. Tyson was buried in a NY cemetery and Gary Coleman was given some black shorts and told to fill in as best he could.
LOL
hey question to catskills...whats with the obsession on mike williams?? tell us why you are so keen for info on him
strong asian avatar picture to asian biased comments....aware!
im not sure pacman can beat him going on that performance, that was a truely inspirational performance from mayweather, easily the most enjoyable and dominant offensive fight ive watched him in ....if he fought like that all the time he wouldnt have the shitty rap he does as last night he simply mugged mosley off for 11 rounds.....i hope him and pacman can get it on. i would have taken pacman all day long to destroy mayweather but on last night alone he really impressed me.......
David Tua.........
i was going to write his name down as he was the closest i could think of, but then i thought, "this guys wasnt great, he was good, but not great"
but thats just my opinion.
to be great you have to be above the majority of your peers whilst sizing up well against history
Overachievers are successful while underachievers are losers. He is brutally honest out of the ring and trains hard he deserves his success.
what he said.....
this is good in the long term as Arum has been getting away with too much free reign recently, putting on some good cards, but also some really poor cards....I'm glad HBO have grown some balls - but in all reality, he will just put it on his own PPV or sell it to another network. Bob is well connected. He's proven many times, he can act independently and isn't dependant on any one State, Venue, TV company etc....he's very self sufficient but also very full of himself that every fight he puts on is what we want to see and it simply isnt.
i would like to see this fight.
why worry about not matching the top prospects? there can always be a rematch / trilogy if it's a good fight. the top fighters should be fighting each other.
just asking the question, "can you be great if you havent been a champ? or are you just OK / good?"
nit picking i know, sorry. but still interested in replies.
few good memories here...a few fav's
getting very drunk before the bruno fight and telling all of my mates that bruno would lose and they all slaughtered me. so we bet that they all had to pay me the massive sum of £5 each and down the rest of their drinks if they lost.....very funny memories of the outcome and the carnage that followed! lol
also the build up to the tua fight. i couldnt wait for it, it couldnt get much better, but the fight wasnt much from memory and ive never watched the replay.
rahman 2, i won a couple of hundred against some americans that were sure their man would do it again and easier. when he KO'd rahman i think i was more excited then lewis ! haha
haye, 2 division world champ, unified cruiser. 90%KO ratio
This is not even debatable.
OK, yes Haye with the Klitschko thing has been becoming a joke.
But, to people forget his run at CW? What has Berto done to rival Haye CW resume?
Not a damn thing.
Not debatable.
Berto is a chump who I have no respect for. Haye is quickly losing all the respect he once had, but Berto hasn't got a single shred of credibility to lose any. Berto is the typical amercan TV hype job built by the media and not out of fans
both southpaws and both coming off some good wins....i don't believe Floyd will fight them..
he needs MASSIVE advantages before he ever steps in. I admire Floyds skills GREATLY but he is such a pu$$y that i see him avoid both Pac and Sergio. He could probably beat both if he could mentally keep it together and stop breaking down like a teenage girl every other week, but mentally he's too frail and weak to deal with fighting either of those two fighters as they are too dangerous and he doesnt have enough advantages.
I hear a lot about how much it costs for OST, but i've actually no idea how much it does cost.
Can anyone tell me what it costs to have OST done over a 8/12 week period? Either per test, or however the cost is measured.
to close off - i personally struggle to accept the cost angle when you are talking fights where there is enough purse money. E.G SSM who fights Manny is going to be taking $5 - 10M for 1 fight, surely cost isn't an issue at this level???
There is ALWAYS a solution to a problem, it's just do you WANT to find a solution or do you want to hide behind the complications and use that for not finding a solution.
what are you talking about? are on drugs?
wlads manager admitted haye agreed to the fight on july the 2nd!
did they just defrost you?
i give up. lol
i agree, if thats what you want to hear.i dont think haye will fight wlad on 2nd of july. possibly later. lets leave it at that as anymore and you seem to struggle. lol
i'll be totally honest and say i didnt suspect him of PEDS until he refused to take the test.
i love watching pacman fight and would love nothing more than to see him KO mayweather but i'll also admit i think he's taking something and only because of the way he's acted and dealt with it all. it's made me doubt him....and he is the only 1 that can change that.
i expect red k from the flomos and pactards for saying that...but i'm just being honest
LOL.... Diva facing Chambers? Again...LOL. Keep hoping. Diva hasn't faced a HW younger than 36 yet this whole time and the only way he'll even fight anyone slightly dangerous (Chagaev in his current state) is if it's forced on him by the WBA.
The Klitschkos have got the coward in the corner and he has nowhere to run except into retirement or into a fight with them. Retirement it is then I guess.
i still think he will fight a klitschko before the game is up for him, but he's under more pressure than i think he wanted and thats why i think he's been played at his own game by the Klitschko's.
although some folks keep banging on about the 2nd of July like its a signed deal i have a feeling wlad might want big brother to fight him instead. could be totally wrong.
well we will see if he really wants vitali. i'll lay money he takes an easy touch instead and prefers to wait on Wlad.
If i tell you i have pixies at the bottom of my garden will you believe me?
just because someone says it doesnt make it true i'm afraid.
Ortiz is exactly the fighter i think will beat Khan.
i dont think he will get the chance to fight Khan but if he does, then i will take Ortiz by stoppage.
the question is does haye want Vitali or will it be another easy touch until Wlad?
Will Haye retire as planned with NO meaning full HW legacy?
i think the klitschkos have played Haye well actually and taken him out of the driving seat. they have him under pressure in a few ways.
i think haye will avoid vitali, beat up eddie chambers so he can pick up USA fans, then hopefully destroy Wlad and hang up his gloves. here is to hoping...
The issue isn't cost so much as it is who is shelling out.
Can you tell me how much it costs please ??
If it only costs 10k in order to get a 10m pay day then it really doesn't sit with me the cost or who pays for it issue
Everyone talks costs etc but does anyone actually know what it costs ????
