Being a boxing fan i cant accept that situation where the best fight we could have just vanish because a boxer wants to relax and stop thinking about boxing. I was tired of waiting and now that i know that he made me lost my time its even worse. When an boxer think hes bigger than Boxing, someone has to bring him back to earth, i hope he gets the help he needs right now, cause the boxing fan is not on his side. In regards to the thread, I lost respect for Floyd as a person and a boxing icon, but i still have great respect for his boxing skill.

1) I didn't know the reason why he asked for tests above and beyond what the boxing board allows. He knew exactly what would happen if he asked for extra tests since you might as well just call pacman a cheat. Unfortunately for floyd the plan backfired. Now we all know he wanted extra tests not to delay the fight but to avoid it altogether. 2) Floyd got rocked by a 38 year old mosley who was post prime and looked terriible. So imagine his surprise when pacman agreed to the initial terms. Floyd did a runner and said I need more time with my family. The man who is obsessed with money is running away from the biggest payday of his life because he is scared of pacman. Everybody knows it. The news knows it. Other boxing sites know it. The world knows it. Sure there will always be flomos but that doesn't change what the world knows and if the news says floyd is a cheat you can be damn sure everybody will think he is a cheat (that is the average joe) so pac finally won the war to clear his name. Floyd basically is destroying his career. lol I hope the fight does get made so i'm proved wrong. But floyd's career is going down the drain. Fighting a 38 year old mosley doesn't mean u suddenly because a non-ducker. Floyd has been ducking people all his life...the prime cottos the mosleys. Heck floyd is a born ducker. You guys are such women. One fight didn't get made. And it still probably will at some point in the future anyway. Thank You, There are other great fighters other than PBF and Pac; Donaire, Ward, Dirrel, and JuanMa, just to name a few, who are have and will be fighting agai this year. A real boxing fan would appreciate the whole sport instead of 2 people. Also boxing does need one governing body and it should force the best to face the best.

This is the most educated Pac/ Floyd thread so far. Pac is probably a little bit faster and he puts more power behind his punches. Floyd is Fast, but he doesn't put his strength into his punches, but he has crazy good defense, so if this fight ever happens it would be an amazing battle. Floyd will most likely be looking for a decision and Pac will be looking for a K.O.

I am a state wrestling champ. I know about fear/nerves in competition. You don't. Wrestling is not the same as boxing either. It's closer to it than being a fat POS tho. People need to get lives, there are other weight classes and great fighters out there and you focus on two of the biggest pussies. Floyd is a great fighter, but he does not want to prove himself, he just wants cash. Pacquiao has a second grade education and won't fight anybody out of Top Rank.

There should be more of a ladder type system, the best fighting and no ducking and dodging, although fighters should be able to negotiate their own deals, and super and lightweight classes should be eliminated.

UFC is definitely popular because of lots of white guys. I don't know why but it's also that way in basketball too. The american white player has dwindled to nearly nothing. most white people in the NBA are European. What utter nonsense. Security IS NEEDED FOR FREEDOM TO EXIST. Abuse of freedom actually takes away freedom. Free speech is a great freedom indeed and many have fought and died to maintain it. But abuse of such freedom can take away an innocent person's freedom as well. For example, if a woman frivolously accuses a man of raping her 14 year old daughter just because he looked at her in a way she didn't like, it could ruin an innocent person's life. Sure, the man might win the case, but his name will forever be sullied and he would have most likely spent thousands of dollars defending himself and it could possibly ruin his marriage, cause him to lose his job, etc. All it takes is a few careless words from a woman's mouth, and it could destroy a person's life. Freedom of speech is a double edged sword. Those who focus ONLY ON THE RIGHTS AND IGNORE THE RESPONSIBILITIES THAT COME WITH THOSE RIGHTS, would very likely hurt themselves, or worse, those close to them.
