What a crock of shit from you Floyd groupies. You guys were crucifying Pacquiao for going into politics EVEN WITH THE INTENTION to continue his boxing career. Now Floyd full on DECLINES a fight with Pacquiao and its cool and acceptable to you women?
No fighter should have to wait for someone to grow the balls to fight them. The Pacquiao camp tried to make the fight, told him to sign or move out the way, Floyd himself said there were no issues with the proposal meaning that the Pacquiao camp OBVIOUSLY made concessions and Floyd turned it down.
Why cant you guys grow balls and call him out for what he is? Why is that so hard for you guys to turn around and say the same shit about him that you were saying about Pacquiao? You guys are blaming Arum, Pacquiao, everyone except Floyd for the destruction of this fight.
The momentum for this fight is gone. It went from MEGA fight to SUPER fight to just another PPV fight all thanks to the one YOU guys were saying was "saving boxing".
Way to "save" boxing Floyd. Oh btw, Nice HITLIST you got there buddy. The Lightweight champ and Shane Mosley.
Its ridiculous. All the shit Floyd fans talked, all the fukking threads they made all pretty much made INVALID by Floyd and instead of them actually manning up and calling out Floyd...
if boxingscenes hire you to stamp "thread invalid" on threads about that on a 1$/thread basis. i wonder how much you'll make.
All that smack talk from Floyd and this is what he gives us back! All other fighters are "cakewalk" and easy fights. Why does he always back out when somebody calls him out? Fvck Floyd and his whole family!
All this hype and no more!
Fvck. fvck, fvck I tell you!
Floyd has been around a long time so this kind of thing happeans in boxing, and Floyd isn't hurting for cash currently.
On the plus side (for you) is that Floyd may not have learned anything from his past money woes and thus will find his way back to the sport before to long. For you this whole scenario is good because that leads to Floyd eventually losing.
If a BIG Muscular Welterweight Joshua Clottey decided to cover up for 12 rounds. That Pacquaio must have hit so damn Hard! if not it must be blindingly fast that you dont have any option but to cover up.
One big left and it sets the fight completely to a new direction. Floyd must be thinking this.
Did you just compare Floyd to Josh Clottey?
he's not really scared of pacquiao but bert sugar & alex ariza said it best,
floyd just doesnt want to lose his first fight against pacquiao during one of the biggest fights in boxing history. He doesnt want to be remembered as losing pacquiao vs mayweather. He doesnt fear the man, but fears the loss, statistically, analytically, & historically speaking.

To me, there is something that isnt being said.
Even bob arum said "it doesnt mean he doesnt want to fight this year"
there is just something that isnt being said. Its too easy to make posts like this, boxing is never as simple as someone being scared at this level.
When is it ok for Floyd to retire?
I also fail to see what he owes me as a fan, I have enjoyed the 14 years plus I have watched him and come out way ahead in bets on him.
Athletes are people the sport they play is their profession and everything has to come to an end wether it is at a time we like it or not, if the fire isn't there it isn't there and it is time to walk away.
I don't know if Floyd is lacking in self motivation but I have never held that against any athlete when they retire so why would I hold that against Floyd

People need to get lives, there are other weight classes and great fighters out there and you focus on two of the biggest pussies. Floyd is a great fighter, but he does not want to prove himself, he just wants cash. Pacquiao has a second grade education and won't fight anybody out of Top Rank.
Arguably one of the gayest excuses ever, lol.
I can't believe he said that.
:lol1:

Oh well, Floyd has a right to take a vacation, you know. He's been training hard and his legendary, grueling, fights with Marquez and Mosley took a lot out of him. Floyd needs to be with his family right now. Pacquiao can wait. Us Floyd fans will take a vacation too since he wont be fighting, we dont have a reason to watch boxing now.
I dont think Mayweather is scared I just dont think he cares about boxing anymore and he sees boxing as just getting in the way of his lifestyle.
But I dont understand how anyone can defend that. And saying "well Pacquiao didnt take the tests before" is not a reasonable defense.
And for the record I hate both floyd and manny.
This pretty much confirms that Floyd could give a shit about boxing and fans which is fine with me. But his fans need to get real about the "real" floyd and stop trying to explain and sugarcoat his actions and decisions. They don't even know how to react right now. Its like they're looking through a damage control book and just typing anything from that book possible.
