Floyd Mayweather Sr...sued for voicing his opinion???

Yeah I had heard that. The Benn fight was crazy for me. I was a big fan of both fighters, but the rabbit punching (on Benn's part) got to a point that made me sick!!! I hated Benn for the way he acted after that fight (the post fight interview)...I then saw a youtube video of Benn, and the things that happened after the fight when he learned Gerald was in serious condition..It made me a fan of his again. Benn was a warrior though, I have much respect for that cat! Benn was decent enough to raise money for Gerald.That is a class act.I wont forget how the 2nd fight with Eubank went-Don King must have been pissed off! lmao! (Don King was to get the winner of that fight-but it ended as a draw,so the contract was nullified)

dumb floyd fans, freedom of speech is allowed, the government wont put you in jail for it. But the accused have their right to defend themselves. That was 1 of the weakest & most self righteous moves in history. Imagine if Frazier had took Ali to court for slander. lol B!tch move. Frazier was mocked as an unskilled boxer and uncletom. I agree that a slander case would have been a bitch move. However I dont recall anyone on Alis team calling frazier a cheat. All professional boxers are businessmen fighting other businessmen in a ring. The business accused of cheating is then asked questions about alegations of cheating for several months which leads to its decline in stock due to bad publicity. Lets say you didnt get a promotion because someone said you cheated the system. Wouldnt you try to defend yourself legally by trying to recoup the potential earnings lost for your family? Or are you the type to call someone a cheat so the other guy wont get the promotion? Which one of these scenarios is really is really a bitch move? I dont think Pac can get much from this lawsuit. However legally defending himself against false allegations is his right just as much as it is anyones right to call him a cheat without evidence. I belive OST should be incorporated in all profesional sports. Although its not required in profesional boxing, Pac unfortunately has to take these tests to clear his name not because hes dirty, but hes falsely accused of being dirty. The Maywethers get what they wanted by discrediting Pac and making him take the tests. However, if Pac drops the lawsuit then this whole fiasco was just for publicity and we all took the bait, hook line and sinker.

I have stated many times that I do think Manny is clean, but his actions have not helped the situation any...I thought he, and his team should have just said no from the get go. They did have that option. The fact that they accepted, then backed out, and the circus that took place after, is why Manny is a suspect right now. I do understand that. As far as what Sr said, and Manny's actions, it is still sort of a grey area for me. Reall only cause I think he is clean. I mean if I didn't think he was clean, I guess what Sr said, and Manny's actions in the first fight falling through would go hand in hand. That being said, I do think Manny is clean. I'm unsure if Manny is a clean athlete or not.I find all the excuses surrounding him to be bizarre and convenient of someone that should be suspect of using PEDs. Now I am not saying he is guilty of this,but that his own actions/ lack there of, have caused this suspicion more than not.To be honest,we may never know,but at the very least-the tests can be used as a form of detourent for any PED use...it still serves a purpose.I don't think it should be condemned as it has been by some people. I don't understand how the TS can defend Sr. It's called slander. And I like how the TS states the whole "135 to 147 in 6 months was impossible" issue. Since 2006 (Morales 3), Manny has weighed between 144 and 148 on fight night. If Pacquiao has gained any weight, it has been 4 pounds. That is all.

Well,I don't intend to speak for everyone,but if Manny was to beat Floyd (I am not convinced he will),then I can say that all the credit goes to him.Especially if he agrees to randomized testing. I think it clears any doubts and only serves him better for this.He really should have done this from the get go.For me,and quite a bit of other people,we would never have thought him to be suspect if there were not all these excuses from him and his team. I actually picked him to beat Clottey, Cotto, Hatton, etc-based on styles, habits, etc,but the thought of a "hidden" advantage disturbs me and in all honesty,anyone who blatantly has conflict with this form of testing probably will draw negative attention towards themselves. Pac was just awarded FOTD award recently. Naa. That's not the sign of a man being damaged. Only Flomos/Pac haters say Pac's rep is tainted, damaged, etc. The more Pac haters hate the more sympathy he gets. Also, I guess Brain Kenny, Teddy Atlas, and other in the sport are Pac haters right?
