I Just watched Boytsov in a Sauerland event. God, this guy should go to the sauna and lose a pound to return to cruiserweight. He could be a guerilla there. He is ridiculous in HW.
Wlad is and will be the undisputed ATG in heavyweight as long as he keeps sharing his ever growing income with all the respective boxing authorities and WADA.
As long as his clinching, elbows and post punch pushes keep on being overseen by the referees, no one can beat him.
As long as he is allowed to avoid doping tests, no one can beat him.
Please, don't get me wrong. The guy has an inborn talent. He puts tremendous efforts in training. He keeps increasing his arsenal of punches. He is technically and tactically far ahead from the guy, who was used by Sanders for wiping the deck.
He is better than ever. Better paid and better paying.
Fury did duck Pulev in 2013
http://www.boxingscene.com/fury-withdraws-pulev-eyes-klitschko-povetkin-winner--66144
And he is going to keep on ducking him in 2015 too. He's as good as dead against the Cobra
Don't take every tabloid seriously. Pulev did get beaten due to different reasons. Top among them is his defence was definitely not prepared to face Wlad.
There was a short video of WK's preparation for the match. There were officials, as well as Pulev team member witnessing the wrapping. Either they were blind, or his wraps were OK.
Definitely staged. Why?
The answer was given by Briggs at his appearing at the press conference before the Klitchko/Leapay fight:
'I ask around the town: ''Do you know who Wladimir Klitschko is?'' and nobody knows.'
Klitchko wants to get the North-American money. But to get to that he needs to be known around the town, in th neighborhood.
Part of this publicity campaign is #letsgochamp.
At the press conference after the Pulev match WK was very good hearted to Briggs and said that a match against him is completely possible. (Sry, have no time to find it now and this is not exact quotation).
Unless this is a really sophisticated plan (like a Chinese sphere, or a Russsian matryoshka - where you strip off layer after layer and never know what will be the last Jack-in-the-box popping out), we have a good reason to believe we shall watch WK vs #letsgochamp in the spring of 2015 :boxing:
Jennings' team starting to backpaddle on the match. What do we have left?
#LETSGOCHAMP
Thats where the money is. It was under preparation along time ago. :D

Just started training at 150 kg atm. I don't think he will have a problem to burn 30 kg of excessive fat in the next 6 months.
Even now he looks better in his footwork than juicy AJ.
I wouldn't write Fury off easily.
On V day 1945 a happy sailor grabbed a passing nurse on Times Square in London and gave her a dramatic kiss. The moment of the kiss was captured by the world famous photographer Alfred Eisenstaedt. Several weeks later the photo was on the cover of Life Magazine and became on of the most iconic pictures in human hisotry as a simbol of happiness and human affection after victory.
The nurse (Greta Friedman) said many years later: "Suddenly, I was grabbed by a sailor. It wasn't that much of a kiss. It was more of a jubilant act."
Beware, the girl was not a naked sushi queen, she was actually a dentist's assisitance.

Can you imagine what would have happened to George Mendonsa (the sailor in the photo) if this did not happen in 1945, but in 2019 in the USA?
This world is going crazy
Don't write Pulev off, guys. This time he will bring hell on poor AJ.
Today Pulev is a much different boxer than the guy he was, when he lost to Klitchko.
It doesn't matter who stares down at the scales, it matters who stares down on his knocked opponent in the ring.
There is a severe problem with translation or interpretation of Pulev's words.
He never said Klitchko "fights like a girl". The meaning was that Wlad "acts like a girl" before the bout: It's about ducking Pulev for years, about running away from drug tests, about dirty tricks at the press-conference; about providing smaller gloves at the official training.
Anyway, after Klitchko hits the ground tomorrow night none of this will be of any importance.
Cheers! :boxing:
The whole #LETSGOCHAMP havock is a product of K2 Promotions' PR team. Whether Briggs was stupid/crazy to fall for it, or he plays his role well against payment doesn't matter.
Wlad needs 2 things at the moment:
1) The attention of the US audience, consecutively the US market
2) The unification - the fight against the Stiverne/Wilder winner for the last belt.
In the meantime he can have an easy fight in spring of 2015. In the USA. Just to keep his shape and heat up the epxectations.
Why not Briggs? :D
Usik has been in a process of getting ready for HW for quite a time already. Wlad is personally sparring with him.
So Usik knows what he's talking about.
