Tyson Fury believes he is three fights away from becoming world heavyweight champion
The Mancunian giant is now the mandatory challenger for Wladimir Klitschko's WBO world crown.
But Fury is sure the Ukrainian, who also holds the WBA and IBF belts, wants nothing to do with him.
And if Klitschko does not take on the unbeaten 6ft 9in Brit next summer, then Fury has mapped out his own 1-2-3 route to the summit - starting with a February 28 bout against an as yet unnamed opponent at London's O2.

Oh please. Why are you lying?
I have never ever asked anyone, let alone you to vote for me as poster of the year. I may have asked you to vote for the best poster, but never have I asked you or anyone else to vote for me specifically.. But I guess it's pretty convenient that you "deleted it".
Once again, all I ask is what skills does Cunningham have? It seems like you don't want to answer that question. And you also seemed to suggest I said Wlad was scared of Fury. Where did I say it? Just provide me with some proof.
In fact, the very other day I said Wlad probably doesn't think Fury is that impressive and hence doesn't really see a reason to fight him. But whatever.
Is Cunningham the best guy on Fury's resume? Overall, possibly. I don't think he'd beat Chisora or Johnson but that's just my opinion. I have never ever said that fury's resume was good anyway, but I have probably said he has the best resume of anyone Wlad hasn't fought.
I made one statement about what you said and it had nothing to do with how skilled Steve may or may not have been. Therefor, I felt no reason to share my opinion on his skill set. With that said I have no problem sharing my opinion with you.
You are claiming that Steve is not an elite fighter. In my opinion that would depend on how you define elite. When it has to do with boxing my definition is simple. And that is has a fighter beaten other top fighters. As far as Steve is concerned the answer is yes.
Steve beat two cruiserweights that are still ranked in the top five by Ring magazine. One of them is also still a champ and the other one just lost his belt. He has also fought in eight world title fights. He is only batting 500 in those fights but from what I understand a couple of them were very bad decisions that he should have won. But I did not watch all of them so I don't have an opinion on them.
Steve also fought a close fight with Adamek and if not for the knockdowns he would have won the first fight. As far as the second fight is concerned many believe that Steve out boxed Tomasz and easily won the second fight. I disagree but I am also a big Adamek fan and therefor I happen to be very biased towards him.
Steve was also good enough to be winning his fight with Fury on the cards when the fight was stopped. As we all know Fury was six inches taller and outweighed him by forty pounds. He is also supposedly a top five heavyweight. Steve was also past his prime and yet he was still winning the fight.
With that said. It is my opinion to accomplish what he has in his career that yes Steve has some decent skills and was at one time an elite fighter. I also believe that in his prime he would have easily beaten Chisora and Kevin "I'm Only Here for the Paycheck" Johnson. And why? Because none of them have any real power and Steve is clearly the better boxer.
As for what I said about Wlad, go back and look I quoted the highlighted sentence of your post. The other part I was speaking in general to the British fans and not you directly. I guess I should have started another paragraph but I thought that it was obvious.
As far as the voting thing is concerned. I honestly don't remember how you worded it and I have deleted it. But you did attempt to solicit votes from me. And for who? Considering the fact that you are the only one that has ever done that and the fact that you have an enormous overinflated ego, my guess is that you were looking for votes for yourself. Why else would you do it? By the way did you win? Don't bother answering that question because I truly, truly do not care!
Oh please. Why are you lying?

USS would box Kingpin's ears off.
Geez, you are really overly sensitive! And to think you had once, not in the to distant past, asked me to vote for you as the best poster on the forum. I guess that means we are no longer friends??
I also deleted your request. But only after I was able to stop laughing long enough to do so. I figured you must have sent it my way by mistake. But it still kind of makes me chuckle when I think about your ridiculous request. So, thanks for the laugh.
As far as Steve is concerned he could be the most basic least skilled boring a$$ boxer in the history of the sport and guess what? Based on his actual accomplishments in the ring he would still be the best opponent that Fury has ever fought. But wait didn't Chisora almost beat the "Nordic Wet Dream" a few yea.....never mind.

Wladimir Klitschko has offered Fury a fight in the past, and been turned down.
Fury has a big mouth, but doesn't back up his words.
And Fury has also ducked Pulev and Ustinov. He probably low balled Fury who is a huge draw in England. Why would Fury take 1 million Euros to fight Wlad as a voluntary defense when he can earn minimum double that in a purse bid. Also he could get a decent upside with PPV revenue from England.
Fury is garbage. He talks to much. Cunningham put him on his back pockets. Wait till he gets in there with the big boys. Its over for him. B fighter at best.
Im simply asking what skills? Instead of going on a totally useless rant just tell me what skills he has? Cunningham is a totally basic fighter, I could care less if you think he's Fury's best win. The truth is the truth.
Where have I claimed Wlad is afraid of Fury?
Another totally stinking post from Ravens fan.

No way Fury faces a puncher whilst sat waiting on his mandatory, which lets be honest could be over 12 months.Browne,Wach and Tarver are all heavy hitting big men recognised for notable KO wins.
Ustinov is the go to guy with their prior history.upon realising the behemoth has nothing in his armoury that can trouble the Brit I expect their initial fears will be dispelled, and potentially he will be in line for a summer or possibly the February date.
Fury can gain serious momentum towards building up his title shot with a win over the eastern euro giant.
All these fools downplaying Ustinov in their agenda of undermining Pulev's achievement in stopping him will be building Ustinov up as an exceptional win for Fury, should that fight take place.
Do I believe Fury was scared ? No.concerned,yes.i genuinely believe it was a duck,Fury has been so carefully matched to date,he never had any intentions of facing Pulev upon learning his USS fight was sanctioned an IBF eliminator and semi to face Pulev himself, after the name he had built up after becoming the first to stop Dimitrenko and Ustinov.
Fury is chinny, their is no hiding from or behind anything to avoid the cold hard fact he has a glass chin,he looked visibly shook against the likes of USS and Abell.dropped hard by pillow fisted 200 lb guys like USS and Pajkic ! Does anybody not understand his handlers reluctance in matching him against tougher opposition before guiding him to his first real pay day.
You like cold, hard facts Scotty? Here's a couple for you to get your head around:
1. Tyson Fury has been competing in boxing's heaviest weight division since he was 17 yo, against international amateurs and world class pros.
2) Tyson Fury has never been KO'd, amateur or pro. Not once.
You do realize that you discrediting Fury's best opponent to date, don't you? I also find it hilarious as I do ridiculous that anyone would suggest that Wlad is somehow afraid of Fury. This is just another example of how British fight fans somehow confuse trash talking with actual accomplishments in the ring.
Im simply asking what skills? Instead of going on a totally useless rant just tell me what skills he has? Cunningham is a totally basic fighter, I could care less if you think he's Fury's best win. The truth is the truth.

Another forgettable post from Ravens fan.
He was an elite cruiserweight.
Cunningham was cruiserweight champion, avoided by David Haye when he was in that division.
Haye lied about being "undisputed" he ducked the naturally smaller American and never had Cunningham's IBF belt.
He was never an elite cruiserweight.
Yeah alright, I'll take that with a pinch of salt. Especially coming from someone who once said Haye moved to heavyweight
to avoid Adamek :lol1:
Even though Haye fought at HW before Adamek fought at CW
I'm not a fan of Wlad, but I can't wait to see him put Fury to sleep.
I'm not a fan of Wlad, but when I watch him.........
I like him to put folks to sleep..........
Stay hating my friends.
:liar:
The family member was in hospital and in serious condition A WEEK BEFORE Chisora pulled out and Fury signed to fight Ustinov. If he was so distressed about it, why wait until after the weigh-in to decide to not fight?
Fury used that as an excuse when he got scared after seeing Ustinov at the weigh-in, probably had trouble sleeping that night and chickened out the morning of the fight, using his hospitalized relative as an excuse to save face.
Brewster stopped Wlad in 2004 just after someone who was close to him passed away, and James Douglas stopped Tyson after his mother died.
Fury is just a loud-mouthed coward and a bully who won't fight anyone close to his own size, a typical bully who had to fight dirty and use illegal tactics to beat the much smaller Steve Cunningham.
quit being a fool. fury had every right to pull out of that fight and only took it becuz chisora pulled out anyway. as much as Im suspect about fury as a fighter he does have balls as he signed to fight haye instead of the much lighter hitting pulev. fury isnt afraid to take risks
Tyson's goal is to lose to Lennox Lewis, quit against Chris Byrd and have all four sanctioning bodies on the payroll so he can choose his own "mandatory" challengers and take 2-3 year breaks anytime he feels like it without losing his title? Dream big they say.
You're not funny douche nozzle

You sound ridiculous lol
That was when he was a lot younger than he is now. He spent a lot of time locked up reflecting on the mistakes he made, which is probably why he is so careful and calculating in everything he does and says today. Eg, turning down a fight with Wlad back in 2012, because he knew that Tyson was improving and would have a much better chance of winning if they waited a year or two.
Or waiting until the money on offer is bigger ?
Lets not pretend to be naive.you know Fury was offered a 100k to fight Wlad before Wach was for the Nov 12 date, upon Arreola dropping out of the running to go after the WBC belt.if Fury gets a million euros to share between himself his uncle and Mick Hennessey,it will have proved a good business move to pass on the initial offer back in 2012.
Fury and his handlers have done a remarkable job in guiding his career as carefully as they have to date, avoiding the likes of Pulev etc in ordered wbc and ibf eliminators, all the while maintaining and not alienating his own fan base.
Fury did duck Pulev in 2013
http://www.boxingscene.com/fury-withdraws-pulev-eyes-klitschko-povetkin-winner--66144
And he is going to keep on ducking him in 2015 too. He's as good as dead against the Cobra
He pulled out of that fight to take a fight against David Haye - a much better fight for 10 times more money.
Pulev is sh1t
That's the fight i've been wanting for a year now.Browne is a good fighter no matter what anyone says.Browne would be a great test for Fury,i also believe Ricky Hatton wants that fight aswell, browne even said so himself.
And Ricky did a deal with Boxnation,so it makes perfect sense.
I think Fury's team recognized that he wasn't ready for Klitschko at that point in his career; he was also chasing a big money fight with David Haye.
For me the jury's still out on Tyson Fury. I had big hopes for him after he 'rededicated' himself to the sport a couple years ago. He's looked decent at times but also average as well. Fury looked very flat and uninspired in his last fight against Chisora.
I'm hoping Fury will face a tough credible opponent for his February fight. Someone like Wach, Ustinov, Tarver or Lucas Browne would be great.

Fury is the biggest Joke in boxing... In my eyes, just a taller, uglier butterbean. He lacks skill and the speed to make his size effective. He has showed quite often that he has a questionable chin and obviously has no want to fight any real competition that equals his size.
I do hope he gets to fight Wlad, so Wlad can knock his a** out.
Fury is a lot more skilled than Butterbean. He's proven to be world class.
Just because he's going to get wiped out by Wlad doesn't mean he's a bum.
