Is the Briggs-Vladimir debacle staged?

Briggs has never crossed the line into personal territory. That is how you know this is all for fun. Here you have a family that really doesn't take well to insulting its own (remember Haye with the brothers severed heads shirt?) and all Briggs would have to do is belittle the family name or his wife. Instead he just says "Hey, will you fight me?" followed by "Let's go champ!" If the fight happens, it was staged. It would prove it was all for the hype, as there is no reason for Wladimir to take that fight, it would be an insult to the fans. If the fight doesn't happen, it wasn't staged, as Wladimir would have no point in hyping up a fight that he didn't wish to make against a guy that no one wanted him to fight to begin with.

Briggs would have a better shot than Jennings. :thumbsdow I disagree. at least Jennings can fight at a good pace for 12 rounds whereas briggs has 3 rounds in him and hes down to throwing 5 punches per round. Jennings could always have that small chance late if old wlad gasses. I really don't think briggs would be able to land anything on wlad. hes too slow anymore and he doesn't throw enough punches

Jennings is unbeaten and he beat Perez, for Wladimir Jennings is a more relevant name. Shannon needs to earn it. He tried to kill Vlad with a speedboat, that deserves another beating. Then he has brain damage from both Klitschko Brothers after. But no, of course he isnt deserving in a technical sense.

Staged in my opinion. I really don't want to see the fight, but I do kinda want to see the build-up.

jus checked briggs twitter, apparently the fight is a real possibility to happen next 70% of german viewers want the fight to happen yea,,,I read on another site that the fight might happen. I will lose tons of respect for wlad if he takes this fight. there's far better options out there for him now
