Yeah, Bivol's win against Canelo got everyone talking, but you know how it goes in boxing, there's always some back and forth. And you're spot on about the weight and reach stuff, it's gonna make this potential match-up even more interesting.
Missing out on the Charlo fight and then Thurman getting injured, that's gotta sting. I wonder what went through his corner's mind not asking the doc to check it out. Plus, no rematch clause?
As a boxing fan, I’ve seen him handle pressure before, but this time he seemed genuinely rattled. It feels like the stakes are hitting harder, especially with someone like Beterbiev in the mix.
Yeah, the lineal champ title got a bit messy after Lennox Lewis retired. Wladimir Klitschko's claim to it is debatable since he didn't beat Lewis. It's all up for debate now.
David Tua was a beast in his prime, no doubt. Against today's heavyweights, I think he'd hold his own. His power and style could trouble guys like Usyk and Joshua, but Fury's size and slickness might give him fits.
There’s no set number of followers to get into YouTube Boxing, but having a big social media presence definitely helps. Most influencers involved in it have hundreds of thousands to millions of followers across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The key is engagement—if you have a dedicated audience, even with fewer followers, you might still have a shot.
On TikTok, having a lot of followers can make a big difference. Personally, I’ve been growing my account and found that buying likes from VVSLikes helped boost my videos, which increased my visibility. It’s all about standing out and getting your content in front of more people.
I’m sure betting odds for Canelo vs Charlo are either already out or will be soon, especially since it's such a high-profile fight. Betting on boxing matches like this can definitely add some extra excitement, but personally, I’ve found that betting isn’t really for me. I’ve tried it in the past, but I didn’t enjoy the stress of keeping up with the odds and outcomes.
Now, I just prefer to watch the fights and enjoy them for what they are without worrying about whether I’ll win or lose money. I still play games on 789bet, but more for fun rather than serious betting. Watching sports without the pressure of bets has made it more enjoyable for me.
No Way all time hardest LW!
I forgot about Prescott when I was adding fighters to another thread about top 10 hardest punching LW fighters, he would make a top 20 or even 15 list of Hardest LW punchers & come close to a top 10 list, but best in the division ever, no way.
Tszyu!
Definitely Kostya Tszyu, Ricardo Torres, & Hatton with Cotto & some others just below them, & definitely Gatti, Nicholas Cervera & Miguel Angel Gonalez, & Carlos Maussa, then probably Matthysse all in that order
1. Kostya Tszyu
2. Ricardo Torres
3. Ricky Hatton
4. Miguel Cotto
5. Arturo Gatti
6. Nicholas Cervera
7. Miguel Angel Gonzalez
8. Carlos Maussa
9. Lucas Mathhysse
10. Kelson Pinto
That's my top ten of guys that retired within the last 13 years or are still going.
Bob Fitzsimmons!
I pick Bob Fitzsimmons, & John Mugabi, Fitz was at his best at MW, but could knock out HeavyWeights, Julian Jackson hit harder at JMW, where I rate him the hardest at that weight, but when he moved up to MW, he lost a bit of power, so I can't rank him the hardest at MW which was not his best division.
& Harry Greb, was a windmill puncher, but not a power guy, otherwise,he would not have been known to throw so many punches, why, because if he had hit for great power, he would not have needed so many Punches.
Gerald Mclellan I would rate about J. Jackson at MW,
Hagler & Graziano hit hard with both hands and are top 10 MW
I rate Eugen Hart & Florentino Fernandez both just under Mugabi & Fitz,
Edison Miranda & Author Abraham & Kelly Pavlik are all top 15 for sure, & close to top 10,
William Lee, Stanley Ketchel & Jorge Castro are top 15, but definitely a tie between Fitz & Mugabi
You boys are so rhee-tar-ted! In my entire life of watching boxing since the '80s there have only been a handful of meaningful fights that were never made:
1. Mike Tyson vs George Foreman
2. Sugar Ray Leonard vs Aaron Pryor
3. LenOX Lewis vs Rid**** Bowe
4. Roberto Duran vs Alexis Arguello
5. Floyd PPVweather vs Paul Williams
Most of you on this site aren't true fans so I'll give you a few recent ones that should have been made that weren't and surprise Al Haymon and PBC are guilty
1. GRJ vs Leo Santa Cruz
2. Jermell Charlo vs Jarrett Hurd
3. Wilder vs AJ (Hearn's fault)
4. Canelo vs Jermall / Andrade (Dazn's fault)
5. Shakur Stevenson vs Lomachenko
Those are ten fights over a 50 year period that didn't get made in America. The first five were basically the cold war between Don King and Bob Arum. The other five were mainly due to Haymon couldn't force LSC to fight GRJ and Dazn's entry into the American market. Other than that every single BIG fight we wanted in America we got. And yes by the American promoters. So WTF do you mothafuqkers be talking about???
Everyone always Talks SRL vs Pryor, the biggest fight ever would be Duran vs Pryor, that's a War that lasts until Duran catches him.
