Im hoping that after Pacquaio vs Marquez, that once again Floyd and Pac go into negotiations since supposedly Drug Testing isnt an issue
But if its true that Arum is trying to sign Bradley then it seems like soon after the Marquez fight, they will announce a Pac vs Bradley
Only problem with that is, Floyd has NOT been consistant with his reasons for not fighting Pac.
First reason was testing. Pac has said he's willing to undergo full OSDT. Floyd then said Pac needs to get his business in order first. Now he's practically saying that Pac only wants to fight him now because Floyd is 34 and why didnt Pac call him out going back 15yrs ago! LOL.
All he said was that Pac needs to take the test, then after that he just started talking about everything
He never said "I wont fight Pacquaio because he needs to get his business in order first" or "I wont fight Pacquaio because he didnt want to fight 15 years ago"
You guys are taking all of those post fight quotes out of context

ortiz made a mistake and paid for it
it was the first fight...and no, he didn't headbutt him back...IIRC he fed MAB a 6punch combo after the incident
you remember which round? ima look at the video, fight was a while back, my memory might be faded
Reviewing the fight again, i think too many people lie to themselves to what they actually are viewing. Floyd started throwing the elbow early, and Ortiz was using his head as retaliation. Toughest fight Floyd was going to have and many people (not here) do aggree. I don't think Floyd would have been able to fight for 12 rounds at that pace, never has before and still hasn't shown he could fight for 12 rounds consistantly when someone is smoothering you.
Floyd and Ortiz know (i will blame both) that they both fought dirty, one in retaliation to what was going to be an elbow fest, the other trying to retaliate with his own head. Only one took it even further.
Ortiz will return to the top, within a 1-2 years people will asking for the rematch, Floyd will continue to stay away as people are contemp to say that Floyd was winning handedly. They want the Floyd vs. Pac fight but Floyd is a big welterweight he was not 150 on fight night. Hopkin, Floyd, Ortiz, strick on their diets and work out freaks because they want to stay around the weight class they fighting in. Other wise they'd have to move up in weight.
So you think that Floyd would've had a stamina issue towards the end of that fight?
lol headbutts happen all the time. u know damn well pac wouldn't have pretended to hug barrera and then punch him twice.
in fact, nobody else would do it! or we woulda seen it already!
david haye wishes he thought of it first n used it on the klitschkos.
he never pretended to be happy and hug ortiz, he just wanted to tap gloves
he had his guard up, the hugging was all ortiz

but anyways im watching the barrera fight, ima fast forward to round 6
Alright round 7 accidental headbutt caused a cut on Barrera, then later in the round he was getting beat up and Intentionally headbutted Pacquaio, then in round 8 Pacquaio lunged in with his head and hit Barrera in the jaw, I think it may have been accidental though because Pacquaio was being wild
But when i first seen the fight I thought it was on purpose, im not so sure now
At 5:20 is when Manny does his first accidental headbutt that cuts MAB
at 7:59 Barrera intentionally headbutts Pacman
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ARzdopVabw0&feature=related
and then in the beginning of this video Barrera takes a huge headbutt right in the jaw
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lqVuHYaNlls&feature=related
looking at again, i guess Manny just was wild and couldnt help it
dayum! hes talking about ali, people watched ali because ali walk the talk, never shirk from competition, mile different. he talks about "casual fans looking for brawls and knockouts. They are chanting their favorite fighters names while the true fan just wants it quiet to study everything." what a moron, who amongst here at NSB wants to watch a boxing match in muted silence? and true fans wants to watch a boxing match in a LAB? or LIbrary? he was saying things about the science, the subtleties and nuances fakk shet when his intro he stated "boxing has always been a carnival act". MAke up your mind flomo, you dont want expectator to shout and yell and goad their fighters on, calling them casual fans when watching a carnival act??? demmit what a mind boggling boggling mind you were thinking.
I agree with what he said about how casual fans view a fight compared to hardcore fans. Hardcore fans study the fight and analyze everything. Casual fans are just watching to see one guy beat the other guy up. Thats why technical fighters never seem to be as popular as brawlers with the general public
Ofcourse. Who in there have the right to claim that they're number 1?
Ortiz is ranked number 2 while f*ckin Berto is number 3. Shows you how weak the WW division has become after Pac cleaned the division.
which Pac win made him the number 1 welterweight?
Im hoping that Mayweathers skill was the only reason Marquez looked so bad above 140
Hopefully we see another competitive fight
I had Marquez winning the first 2 battles barely
I dont think these videos prove anything, Roy Jones never could speak, and Tarver had a normal slip up that people can have all the time
With that being said i think roy jones has more damage than tarver cause everytime i turn around hes always getting knocked out cold by some bum
LOL. Marquez may be the only clean fighter in the sport. I mean if you drink piss... surely you don't need PED's.
Lol nothing clean about drinking piss that ain't ordinary
I had Gomez winning when I initially thought that it was gonna be easy work. I guess if he was experimenting then that might explain but I do think that stoppage was early
I dont know why you guys keep naming top rank fighters like Arum and Floyd will do business with each other. You guys are retarded if you cant take the hint.
The only fight that they might decide to work together with is the Pacquaio one cause its so big, and you can see that theyre struggling to do that
wow hes moved a couple of miles. why has he had every single fight of super six in america when everybody else has fought out of their own country? im telling you, ward is one pampered fighter.
We seen what happened to Direll when he fought Froch in Froch's hometown
he got ROBBED froch clearly lost that fight
We just saw that PBF weighs 150 on fight night. I bet Floyd has a pretty good idea how to beat Donaire as well. I really like Sergio as a fighter, but his desperation for the big payday is getting ridiculous. Move up and take on Dirrell. Don't waste time on Dzinzkdjgksi and Barker.
Agreed. I dont think he should be calling out Floyd and Pac because their best weight is 147, and I have never seen them weigh at 154 and i dont want to see a catch weight fight
I would rater Martinez move up and take on some super 6 guys
I dont want to see Pacquaio still fighting at an old age because hes broke. This is sad.
Pacquaio needs to find a way to leave Top Rank or either put his foot down and make Arum give him is fair share, and let him do what he wants to do
