Roy was chasing history with all of the jumping in weight. I felt he got careless against Tarver and being KO'd devastated him and took away his confidence. This to me, at my age, was way more devastating than the Tyson KO. Just wasn't the same after that fight. Most raw talent a fighter has ever had.
Broner has proven that he has the meddle to take hard shots and recover and I think Maidana has heavier hands and is the bigger guy. Adrien would have to be more active to get a win against Garcia's judges. Al Haymon won't make this fight though.
this, these idiots dont know what a bad night means
How many bad nights can the guy have? He arguably lost to Herrera, which i think he did, then he fights a fringe guy in Salka and then this? No way he's even competitive against bigger guys with better chins than Peterson at 147. Peterson had a great plan in not getting hit early on but he didn't throw any punches. He hit Garcia with some bombs that if landed by the top guys at 147 would have seriously hurt him. I'm suspect.
Any time boxing is on regular tv with known names on the bill it's gonna be good for the sport. Giving these fighters exposure will generate more money on the PPV side which goes right back into Haymon's pockets.
I'm not a fan of Broner but the talent is there, the discipline...not so much. Whoever he fights, it needs to be at 140. He can take Peterson's strap (that he shouldn't hold anymore) and I think his beard can handle anything Garcia throws his way, especially at 140. He should steer clear of Herrera though.
That power took Campillo completely out of the fight. All he had was a jab and that was ineffective. Spent the whole time not trying to get hurt again.
That Floyd Mayweather fans are Jealous of eastern europeans and Canelo taking all his thunder.
Gennedy is simply a better p4p fighter than Mayweather, and a number of Mayweather fans dont like that, while Mayweather scrapes through his last 3 fights taking horredous punishmnt on the way...dont forget he lost to castillo and nearly got koed by 40 year old Shane mosley...

Cotto within 4 even at the catchweight Cotto will request.
Canelo is a toss up and I personally think Canelo is better. It'd be late if it happened.
Floyd takes him the distance at 152, he doesn't fight him at a weight above that. I an't see him landing clean and that shot Maidana laid on him was flush but after the bell.
GGG is entertaining and the true king at 160 but that division is trash. The Canelo fight is the biggest fight out there and he's waiting for cinnabon to move up.
Most gifted fighter I've ever seen. He was must-see boxing through most of the 90's. Personally, him being knocked out by Tarver was more devastating than Tyson.
They could have it at the same venue and stagger the card, HBO fights and Showtime fights, each network televise their bouts. That way, those who attend make out great and they give some back to the fans. Either way, I still have a speck of respect left for Pacquiao and he shouldn't be on an undercard at this point in his soon to be over career.
This would never happen though.
This is pathetic. I can see how you can be mad about Bradley1, that fight had fix all over it. Pacquiao lost to Floyd, there's no controversy there, this isn't a Hopkins/Calzaghe type deal.
Maybe Ortiz because he's mentally inferior, that's all I'm giving you. Not sure if you're trying to boost the quality of win for Pacquiao or Khan but it's obviously one of the two.
Everytime I think of what Zab could have been I get mad. The guy had the skill set to be great. I guess thats what happens when you don't have eyebrows.
Interesting match. I lean toward Zab based primarily on hand speed. He could outbox Hatton but Hatton would win rounds based on Zabs inactivity at times. Zab could have been much better had he been more of a thinker in the ring.
