When watching the fight live, I had Kovalev winning by 2 rounds, watched the fight again 3 more times and now I have Ward winning 114-113. I gave Kovalev rounds 1,2, 4, 6, and 10. It was kinda scary to see how biased Ledderman was being, and might have actually affected what I saw on fight night. Ward clearly won rounds 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12. Kovalev really didn't do much outside of the first two rounds. Wondering if anyone else has changed their scores after watching the fight again.

Here we have another fighter being hyped up as this monster that everyone is dodging, he even claimed he would fight anyone from 154 up 168, all of a sudden Ward is willing to fight him, even calling him out, and now he has no plans to move up. GGG has hasn’t beaten anyone great let along someone good. Saturday night he a guy that has absolutely no chin, and once again HBO is hyping this up as some huge competitive match. Even still, I’m picking GGG to lose by knockout, David has decent power, and we don’t know if GGG has a chin or not, and even he knows his opponent has no chin. Don’t be shocked if GGG gets reckless and ends up getting laid out. Remember where you heard it first.

I can't think of many other fighters that have become so popular so quick without having any notable wins. They tell the public he's great, and they eat it up. Jim Lampley looking at Roy at the end of the fight telling him "it's working" is all the proof I need. Also have to love the hypocrisy of tonight's interview, he declares he's a fighter now, he wants Canelo and Cotto now (naturally smaller fighters), Ward gets mentioned and his whole triumphant epic speech comes to a halt, all of a sudden doesn't want to fight everyone and anyone right now, just smaller less mobile fighters. Ward would kill this guy, and I'm so happy that interview happened so everyone saying that Ward was ducking GGG can see the truth.

I have to give Matthysse props, he won fair and square. I thought he won by a round or so. Ruslan has to be the most frustrating fighter I've ever seen, he smothers his own punches and barely threw anything the entire fight. Hurts Matthysse and stops throwing. He has a great chin but man is he amateurish in every other aspect of boxing. While I don't think Lucas is a machine, he was fortunate to fight a guy who was looking at him most of the fight, he did what he had to do, and threw some vicious shots in the first half of the fight. He's great for boxing and he's certainly not the reason why this fight wasn't as epic as it should have been, he did his part. I'll pay my points of course from the bet I made.

He has absolutely no chance tonight, he's fighting a guy who like Danny Garcia can take a punch, and can punch back. That's all that needed to ko, what could possibly be the biggest hype job in Boxingscene history. I know there's a betting thread but honestly I'm willing to put all my points up against the biggest Matthysse fan here, and if Lucas wins tonight, I'll never say another bad thing about the guy, even if he wins in a robbery (which is going to be impossible). I see this fight ending within 7 rounds. Remember where you heard it first fellas.

Matthysse is already overrated as it is, but stylistically he stands no chance in this fight. I can see him being blasted out within the first round of I'm honest. I like Lucas but I hate his fans, I wonder what kind of excuses you guys will be pulling once the fight ends. I'm also willing to put up all my points that Matthysse doesn't go 12 if any of his loyal fans are interested.

Gets knocked out tonight, Ortiz is a much better fighter than Molina, and Lucas was hype from the get, Danny exposed him, Ortiz finishes him tonight. Remember where you heard it first.

Thats a fact! He had trouble enough with Rosado, lets see how he does against a decent ACTUAL middleweight that throws a lot of punches. Move over Matthysse fans GGG will be the next be hype job to get exposed tonight.

This is the perfect fight for Canelo to have after that aesthetically displeasing fight for the fans he just had. Kirkland would be a very dangerous fight, and if they want to keep putting Canelo on PPV, Goldenboy is going to need to bring the excitement. Only problem with this fight is, Kirkland might knock Canelo out in 5 rounds.

He's overrated and hype, Lara isn't that great himself but he puts guys like Canelo in the dirt.

Why is Toney so underrated here? He seems to get the recognition he deserves when we talk about skills, but career wise, I would rank him just as high as Jones and Hopkins on the all time list. Toney’s best wins: Michael Nunn Mike McCallum 2x Iran Barkley Vassiliy Jirov Evander Holyfield Jones’ Best wins: Bernard Hopkins James Toney Montel Griffin Virgil Hill John Ruiz Antonio Tarver Hopkins’ best wins Glen Johnson Felix Trinidad Oscar De La Hoya Antonio Tarver Winky Wright Kelly Pavlik Now consider, when they fought their competition, and the weight class they fought them at. Toney’s best wins in my opinion edge out Roy’s and blows Hopkin’s resume out the water. Looking at Hopkin’s best wins, it really puts things in perspective, almost all his best wins, he had a noticeable size advantage, aside from Tarver and Glen Johnson. Hopkins definitely deserves credit for his longevity in the sport, and being the oldest champion of all time, but his resume is lacking. Roy’s resume is better, and he has two prime all time greats on his list, yes I know some of you are going to say Hopkins wasn’t in his prime yet, but everyone saids that without merit. He was on a 22 fight win streak before Roy, and a 25 fight win streak after Roy, and he gave Roy one of his toughest fights at in his prime. But other than those two fights, Roy being the man for about 15 years, didn’t take enough risky fights, and settled on mandatories.Roy not fighting Dariusz Michalczewski really hurts his resume in my opinion. Theres a lot of articles, and stories on who was to blame, but nevertheless, it should have been made. Head to head, I can’t see how anyone wouldn’t rank James right along, with Roy, and higher than Hopkins.

Kieth Thurman vs Robert Guerrero - Another tough fight for me to pick, but Ill go with Guerrero with a split decision win. The Ghost should be able to handle One Times power, but Thurmans lateral movement could be a problem, I think Guerreros activity will win him the fight. Shawn Porter vs Adrien Broner - Porter by Ud. David Haye vs Deontay Wilder - Haye by KO Wladimir Klitschko VS Tyson Fury - Wladimir by KO. Erislandy Lara vs James Kirkland - Kirkland by KO. If he is in the same shape was in for Tapia, then Lara is in trouble. And of course Floyd Mayweather vS Manny Pacquiao - Old Floyd wins by SD against a faded Pac.

Martinez stands no chance tonight and this is coming from someone who hates Cotto and loves Martinez. Cotto is younger, still fresher, and has new life in him under Freddie Roach. Martinez is old, coming off of a layoff, and looked horrible in his last fight. I don’t know if Martinez is getting knocked out, because Cotto might not be able to bring his power up with to 159, but he will win this fight fairly easily. I'd be shocked if Martinez won more than 3 rounds. If Martinez wins tonight, I wont post on here for 3 months, thats how confident I am.

I know Jacobs has a bit of a suspect chin, but so does Quillin. Unlike Jacobs, Quillin has horrible stamina, and is way too easy to hit. We all know I***8217;m like 100% with my predictions on here, but I***8217;d be willing to bet all my points Jacobs beats on Quillin for 12 rounds straight. GGG would probably stop him in a round, and I***8217;m not even a fan of his either.

Supposedly he runs the sport, but I can barely find any pictures of the guy. Rumors going around he wants to remain hidden, and has been silently running everything. For calling out the showtime commentators, disgrace scoring and after every round showing predominantly Broner highlights. Showtime commentators are so much worst then the HBo commentators when it comes to unofficial scoring.
