Hatton is a great fighter, and a win is not out of the realm of possibility, but it seems very unlikely.

Mayweather has fought the better fighters overall at Welter, since we must include Hatton now as well, not to mention better comp through out his entire career.
You can't even bring Hatton into this b/c they haven't fought yet, nor can you about the rest of their careers since it is about one division.

That second low blow was absolutely vicious. I think he should have taken more time to rest after it tho. I always thought this would be a good fight. And I wanted to see Marg try and get it, but he seemed hell bent on Mayweather. Stylistically it would be a good fight, but I think Judah would be too fast for him and would win by UD. But there's always Judah's chin to worry about.

Yeah, a TKO is more decisive than UD. The stoppage was a power thing yes, but wtf that's one of Cotto's strong points.
