Look at this list: Wilder is American, Kovalev is American, Ward is American, GGG is now an American, Gayweather is American, Garcia is American, Crawford is American, Loma is American, and Rigo is an American. That's a wide weight spectrum of talent. So 'America' is doing just fine in boxing.

Great point. The ranking is what bothers me. So we rely on the Ring Magazine to tell us who's top 10 in any division, but it's owned by DLH, a promoter. In my opinion, this wrecks the credibility of said magazine. We need another system to determine top 10 per division.
If we use logic, GGG should prioritize his opponents as those having 160lb belts first, then if he can't land of those guys, then he should open it up to others. Lara can get it if no one else steps up.
I was upset about the Canelo Khan fight...this fight is the same thing. Some of you fans can try and explain as much as you want. This fight is bull****. If Canelo had an advantage then GGG has a monstrous advantage.

I think BJS will fight GGG. First, he now sees what flak Canelo has taken, and called him on it. Second, he knows he won't win, but in a gypsy sort of way, he'll win just by fighting GGG. Sort of like Lemieux. Hell, I'm a Lemieux fan BECAUSE he chose to put his belt on the line right after winning it. It'll be the same with BJS, win, lose or draw.
