With so much hype built up for 5-6 years. Talks of 3 million PPV buys. Do y'all think it will actually exceed, meet or not live up to the projected PPV buys ?

Roach ate his own words again. Donkey Mayweather showed he can still run and run he did on Saturday! Yes, he's not the Donkey of old, but, he still has legs that can run for days. Ask Maidana, he was gasping for air by the 6th round from chasing that Donkey around, lol.

Folks, yes, it was a boring fight because Donkey made it one. His overall strategy was to hit and hold. Many of you felt Bayless was on the TMT payroll due to Donkey's excessive holding. First off, most of you do not know the rules. It is legal to grab the opponent's arm and punch with the other, you can do this as much as you want! What is considered excessive is if you continously hug or wrap your arms around your opponents arms. Now, you may ask what is excessive, well, that's really up to the referees's discretion. What I saw Donkey do for the most part was constantly grabbing Maidana's arm but not the other. A fighter can do that as many times as he wants.

Y'all know the scene. Arum is gonna be huggin' and kissin' PAC in the lead up to the fight. But, when Algieri(who btw will beat PAC) schools and slaps PAC around the ring. Watch Arum get in the ring after the fight huggin and kissing his new cash-cow and he forgets PAC like he does not even know him, haha

One would think that if you're on the top of the world you wouldn't hear so much b*tching out of one person's mouth. But, the Donkey, err "Money" as he likes to call him self is the biggest complainer I've ever seen in the sport. He reminds of Al Sharpton.

Two cash cows of the industry about to get it on. However, fighter A is demanding fighter B to wear "pillow gloves" while Fighter B has made millions out of annihilating opponents with horse-hair padded gloves. If Fighter A decides to not fight due to fighter B not meeting his demands is he ducking or is Fighter B ducking for not agreeing to what fighter A wants? Please vote on the poll. Thank you.

For a long time everyone was kickin' and screamin' that Canelo was ducking Lara because many of you felt Lara was the guy to expose Canelo(other than M***ey Mayweather) or atleast give him his toughest test. Well, Saturday came and went and we saw what a lot of us thought it would be, it was competitive and it was close. Why are y'all still complaining?

I find it amusing, and it also tells ya that his followers have low standards for their fighter. I mean, if that was PBF's best performance against a heavy underdog, it's not so much what Maidana did, it kind of exposes PBF as a fighter. That maybe, just maybe, he ain't all that.

Do you think the training regimen S&C coaches implement with their world-class fighters make a huge impact in the ring? Do they really make a difference, if fighter A stuck w/ old school S&C work, like good ole roadwork and trying to catch a chicken for agility and some pull-ups and push-ups. But, fighter B has a S&C coach and has all the new ways to condition a fighter. Fighter A & B's boxing experience, natural talent and skills are all comparable. Who wins?

I don't get it, PBF says, that due to his "pay model", he would be losing $$$ if he were to fight PAC if he is signed with TR. However, PBF has never fought anyone under the Mayweather Promotions, every single one of his last 5 or so opponents have been GBP. Either way, he's had to share a small piece of the pie. Obviously, he'd have to share a larger chunk of that pie, fighting PAC. But, his demand is just ridiculous. Who the hell is gonna break ties if they're happy where they are at.

In my other thread I was discussing how my scorecards were wide and away, a clear PBF victory. However, after watching a fan's video recorded version of the fight while he was at the MGM. I scored it from the fan's POV and my scorecards were much closer. It's really all about angles. No wonder we get some crazy scoring from the judges.

There was two for me. It was PAC vs Morales 2, going into that fight I picked PAC to win due to intangibles. It was my first time watching PAC live at a venue. The crowd was electric. My friends who attended the first fight said that the crowd for the rematch was even on both sides as far as crowd turnout. The fight was awesome for two things, Morales got TKO'd for the first time in his career, revenge was sweet for the PACMAN and seeing Erica take those punches for all those rounds gave me newfound respect for him. The second fight was the PAC-Hatton. It was such a party atmosphere. I thought the atmosphere was great for the NAZ-Barrera fight, but this one topped it. The Brit crowd was hootin' and hollerin' all throughout that weekend, except after the fight. You could hear a pin drop when we were all leaving the arena. The Brits entered the arena singing their Hatton chant and the PAC fans left the arena singing the London Bridge is falling down song. LOL

As a fan through the years I'm sick of seeing foul - filled matches and all we see are warnings being given. Of course, the fighters don't give a sh*t and continue with fighting dirty. Would y'all like to see more point deductions handed out in fights? Please vote on the poll.

Hypothetically speaking, let's say that they're going for another round of negotiations and this time the disagreement is with the gloves. PBF wants PAC to wear Winnings or another brand comparable to its characteristics(ie Everlast pro lock) and PAC obviously wants his Cl*toris Reyes gloves. PAC side says, both sides get to wear whatever gloves they want. PBF side says, We both wear Grants or he wears some type of pillows(aka Winnings) or no fight! Who is more reasonable here and what is fair?

After seeing what a slow mauler(I think Maidana's speed is underrated) can do against PBF. PAC, an awkward, hard punching, speedy southpaw, who has gas for days may just take that 0. After watching Saturday's bout, I think PAC's chances just got better.

I did, it was actually wider. I only had Maidana winning two rounds! However, it is conceivable that he won two more rounds, that's it though. Even when PBF was laying on the ropes and Maidana was either banging away at air or arms, PBF was putting some clean shots to the body. I'm guessing if a rematch were to happen PBF will win a wider margin on all scorecards.

It actually kinda reminded me of FMJ's fight against De La Joto; where De La Joto was hitting arms and the crowd would go wild. However, I do think Maidana performed better compared to De La Joto

Joe Cortez paid a visit to the Big Boy Mansion, and FMJ showed him his glass case full of his championship belts and he mentioned all the fighters he beat to attain those belts, I lol'ed when he uttered the names Gatti, Baldomir, etc.. I mean, we all know who he beat, but, him saying it with pride as if it was such a great accomplishment beating a bunch of glorified paper champions, lmao.

It's because PBF himself said on All Access that he can beat anyone from 147-154lbs. Hmm, I hope he's not thinking of fighting Cotto again. Bring on Sergio then(no catchweight)!

Tim made one adjustment for the rematch, he waited for PAC to throw his left and then stepped back and countered with the right straight, an overhand or one to the body. I thought it was effective, he just didn't do enough. Having seen Bradley with that type of success to PAC's demonic left. I think PBF's famous pullcounter will definitely hit the mark way more. PAC's bad habit of overextending himself has not been corrected to this day, with PBF's longer reach and the most accurate puncher in the game, PBF will be countering that left with pull counter's to the head and body.

Please vote on the poll! As for me, I like Nonito's left hook. Both guys have lethal left hands. But, Donaire just looks much crisper and the delivery looks better. I don't really see either fighter using the left hook to the body much.
