Who would you blame for ducking if PAC and PBF can't agree on the glove of choice?

Hypothetically speaking, let's say that they're going for another round of negotiations and this time the disagreement is with the gloves. PBF wants PAC to wear Winnings or another brand comparable to its characteristics(ie Everlast pro lock) and PAC obviously wants his Cl*toris Reyes gloves. PAC side says, both sides get to wear whatever gloves they want. PBF side says, We both wear Grants or he wears some type of pillows(aka Winnings) or no fight! Who is more reasonable here and what is fair?
