Floyd is faster in making excuses.
Pac is definitely faster in the fighting business.
BTW, faster in making potshots and in mind is not the "fast" we want to talk about.

Floyd is the faster leaper, infinitely faster reflexes and faster single punches. Pac can throw combinations faster and has faster feet when it comes to how quick he can shuffle them ("running" so to speak). Floyd can close or create a lot of distance in one leap for example. Pac can chase you down very quickly. His second step is very fast.
Different type of speed. Keep in mind that Pac is a southpaw and while his lead left is extremely fast, he only has to lean right (which is basically one of his go to move lead left roll under) have the punch reach quickly due to body positioning. His body and stance make the punch not have to travel as far. Even so, I feel Floyd's is quicker as it appears to close a longer distance quicker. Pac can throw another left EXTREMELY fast though in the same movement. So Pac can land a second ounch quicker but Floyd can get out faster... Floyd has faster feet when retreating as well (obviously)... I suppose that would mean floyd transitions from defense to offense and vice versa faster as well, but thats due to his style and mechanics.
It's just diff.
If PAC was so fast than explain my signature.
I say Mayweather is faster at the mind.I guess his mind has slowed down as well since his last fight, lol.
Apples to Oranges. How so? If you mean, PBF is faster, just as fast, with his single punches or since PAC is considered a rapid fire kinda puncher.
Even if both fighters punching style is different, PAC's single shots(usually his left), it still appears that he's faster than PBF. PAC's left hand and PBF's right lead, it's really tough to tell.
But, we're not just judging speed of hands, the foot speed has to be taken into account as well and I think PAC wins that hands down. So, overall, I think PAC wins in the speed department.
Pac clearly. potshots they are probably tied but when it comes to combinations and overall movement then no question pac. The 10 punch combo pac threw against Bradley in the 7th was so fast I couldn't see if anything landed and then I watch the replay saw he landed like 6 or 7 on them. Pac can still turn on those chargers if he wants to.
I think PAC looked faster in his last outing and it was against a quick fighter as well. PBF is still fast, but, his speed did not look the same and it was against someone who is not known for his speed.
