Did you know Brendan Ingle spotted Prince Naseem Hamed's talent for boxing when he saw him dodging shots from a bully in a school playground when he was 8 years old?
Fair enough, I know these stories fly about. I once heard Duran knocked out a bull or a horse. Don't know if thats true.
Yea, I heard he knocked out a horse with 1 punch and thats why they call him 'hands of steel'. Highly doubt its true though
Also, I think it was Duran, who said the best fight he's ever had was a 5-6 hour street fight.

They reference him as one of the greatest combination punchers in history...
True or false?
No doubt about it!
Thanks for the replies, at least I can watch The Tony Bellew vs Nathan Cleverly fight on the T.V tonight. Hope these two really hate each other and its not just an act, because if they hate each other as much as they are acting like they do then its going to be a great fight.
Don't forget that they're picking up the BHOP card tonight too
One thing I noticed Mares which I don't think many people have pointed out, is that his footwork is just incredible! He was cutting off the ring so quick, but without compromising his positioning. Incredible!
The guy just doesn't like to fight. Retiring in his prime for no good reason should tell you all you need to know about that.
Still he's the best at what he does, no doubt about that.
I think DeMarco will shock a few people this weekend. He's faced better opposition and I believe he has more ring intelligence, and I think he'll do better as the fight goes on.
Thank You for the feedback. Everyday I'm working to improve and I will make 1 someday that you may agree with at least 1 sentence in.
Thanks Again
Hey man, you seem like a cool dude. I just flicked through your vid on my phone and it's seems really interesting, I'll hop on my computer soon and watch it properly, you made some good points.
Did you mention who your picking to win?? How likely do you think it is that Donaire would get the KO seeing as Rigondeoux is not a come forward fighter??
Damnn never knew that...
In May, Jacobs was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, an aggressive cancer that manifested itself in a quarter-sized tumor, wrapped around his spine, which damaged his nerves and caused partial paralysis in his legs. Rumors swirled that Jacobs was dying.
... An MRI revealed a tumor, pinching his spinal nerves, resulting in bilateral paralysis below his naval. A subsequent biopsy revealed that the tumor was cancerous, and growing.
"It was a shocker," Jacobs said. "I’ve seen a lot in my life and nothing really shocked me, just being where I’m from. But this was unexpected. It just hit me, like, I have cancer? Me?"
He's got a property business. He invested his money wisely instead of going all out, he made around £40 mill in his career. Still, he claims hes not officially "retired" and was planning a comeback in 2005, and 2008 but then he had court cases which came up
