First off why does Froch think that the Ward fight was close!?? LOL that fight was a complete shut out cuz style makes fight and Ward style just dont match with Froch's style. The truth is AA was Froch's best performance and it was a great showcase i take nothing away from him he showed he has good boxing ability rather than b the cobra which he is famous for cuz of hes seek and destroy style. He looked good against AA was becuz AA has a very low skill level and he comes in straight lines..AA is very strong but he is also very slow and Froch even being slow himself has good footwork to keep off AA off him and put that hard jab in hes face. AA style is made to order for Froch once again style's make fights and AA style is best suited for Froch. But what i dont get is when he lost to Ward they say he was not himself/bad night WTH is that LOL!?? the only reason Froch lost that fight was cuz Ward is too skilled for him.Ward's skill level is one of the highest in boxing and in that fight he was way too fast too good Defence and Offence. Wards style is a horrible match up against froch cuz Froch is not quick enough in foot and hand speed for for froch to keep up and its not like Froch has incredible Defencive skillz either he Leaves him self Wide open for Counter after Counter and even when he is in the center of the ring he is very hitable. Again this fight is the Same thing Froch against a Fighter than can Box and who is very slick has range accurate and is a great counter puncher to the body and head.and unlike Ward Bute Can end the fight at anytime the guy is a Brutal Pucher. I have given Froch hes just Due the guy is a Great fighter he is a great athlete and he has a Heart of a Lion but this match up doesnt favor him even though its at he home. BUTE by KO before the 10th round.

Carl Gona eat counter after counter from Bute specially that left uppercut to the body and the head and believe the cobra ain't taking too much of those without going down specially to that body. I see Bute targeting Froch's body and doing some serious damage. A Bute TKO is highly possible imo. Froch has shown he doesn't take too well to the body in fights against Kessler, Johnson and Ward.

Yes not to take nothing away from froch the guy has fought the best and is a great fighter he has earned my respect over these years cuz he has shown what hes made of and proved that he is a very tough task for anyone and is one of the best british fighters period. Freddie told Manny several times throughout the fight that he needed to move to his right, but Pac continuously kept moving to his left. He wasn't really circling, persay - it was more like he was "drifting" left then it was circling (IMO). Most of the time when Manny threw his punches he was also dipping to his left, which played into Marquez's right hand power shots. The few times when Pac actually did go to his right, and when he threw combos and dodged out to the right (which was rare), he would make JMM miss most of the time. And also, when Pac did go to his right - with the way JMM's stance is and with the feet placement between a southpaw and conventional fighter, it made it harder for JMM to move at that angle. I noticed it so early in the fight that it was frustrating the hell out of me. I can't for the life of me figure out why Manny didn't listen to Freddies advice on that. It seemed like Manny hardly used any angles against Juan at all, which is bizarre IMO. With JMM being such a supreme counter puncher, he was able to come back and catch Pac with 2 or 3 good counter punches almost every time Manny would throw anything.

In addition: After just watching the replay of the fight on HBO tonight (Side note: they showed a few things from the 24/7 angle like they did in FMJ/Ortiz) - a few things of interest that I hadn't seen during the PPV....
After they showed the scores and announced Pac was the winner, the 24/7 camera panned to Alex Ariza - who clearly mouthed "Whew!" and made a motion of wiping sweat off of his eyebrow (and then he laughed). I thought that was kindof telling of him to do that.
After they showed Pacquiao was the winner, the camera went directly to Marquez's corner and Bob Arum was in there talking to Juan. I don't think I've ever seen Bob go to Pacs opponent before going to Pac first. Odd for Bob? It looked like he was saying something serious (Probably something like "Juan, think of all the money we could make with a 4th fight.") :lol1:
And perhaps the funniest thing (IMO), was when Max was interviewing an all-but(t) naked JMM in the dressing room, after the fight. Max would ask Juan a question, look down at that sombrero, and then embarassingly look away. At one time, even chuckling before asking the next question.
