Damn I didnt know that. I know India is pretty good at cricket.
India are one of the best nowadays along with Australia. West Indies dominance in cricket ended 30 years ago and they've been in terminal decline since.
Now they are a sad shell of what they once were. They got dismissed for the 2nd lowest score in history earlier this year by Australia.
Racist? Whats racist with showing appreciation to black americans ? Everyone can have racial pride. I am not putting down any other nationality or race.
Blacks are just better at most sports. NBA/NFL/Boxing/UFC/ Track/ Soccer & Baseball.
You can have hockey or whatever your culture has.
You forgot the most important one Cricket!
West Indies were the best for nearly 20 years and went undefeated for 10 of those producing some of the best like Sobers, Viv Richards, Ambrose, Lara etc.
Can you imagine what Mike Tyson would have done had somebody hit him with a low blow? Immediate retaliation. He would never back down from a dog fight.
What would he have done? Has he got balls of steel or something? He would need recovery time like anybody else.
I thought Barker fought well but i also thought that Martinez was poor ...if that makes sense .
That's a great avatar.
I had Barker edging the 2nd round and definitely winning rounds 3, 4 and 5 then he gradually seemed to fade. Hearing the commentators it sounds like he's had a problem finishing fights due to stamina before.
He always wanted a rematch with Lewis.
He definitely did not want a rematch. He said wouldn't wanna get beaten up again and I think it was in the post fight press conference that he said he could never have beaten Lewis.
It seemed like Mike Tyson was kept away from Lewis and later on Mike dumped his belt rather face him in the same way Bowe did. It's not his fault they wouldn't get in the ring with him.
Didn't Tyson himself say he could never have beaten Lewis?
DAWSON HAS A BETTER RESUME THAN CALZAGHE THATS FOR SURE. adamek tarver and johnson. guys who beat roy jones. calzaghe has shot roy jones gift against hopkins and kessler who beat no one in his career. RUN JOE RUN!
The Johnson win was far more controversial and Adamek was killing himself to make the weight that's why moved to cruiserweight straight afterwards.
I'd still really like to see this fight happen though.
who says Johnson wouldnt give Joe a ass kickin?
Clinton Woods.
How many times does it have to be said that Hopkins himself pulled out of fight with Joe 7 years ago. That's not Joe's fault neither is it his fault that Collins didn't wanna fight him after the Eubank and Benn wins. Roy Jones during his prime would have had no interest in fighting Calzaghe cause he didn't have the recognition at the time.
Having said that though I don't think Calzaghe record is as great as some people make out but it is good.
It would kick ass if we had some sort of forum to discuss this.
....Like a video game forum of some kind. Wouldn't that rock.
I've noticed sarcasm often doesn't work on this forum for some reason.
froch needs this victory, or else he's probably gonna retire.
If Froch loses but Direll and Green also lose Froch will go through to the semi final.
Whether he'd still have the heart to if he suffered 2 successive defeats is another matter, especially if the 2nd were a brutal KO.
Lewis admitted he was only around 70% and not motivated for that Briggs fight and he still KO'd him early and brutally, and that was a prime Briggs. Look what an old under par Lewis did to a prime Vitalli's face. If the fight had continued Vitali would've been knocked out with possibly permanent injuries.
Not taking anything away from Vitali though he did well and his chin withstood a huge uppercut in that fight, he was also extremely brave to wanna carry on despite risking his eyesight. That's why I can't agree with anyone who calls him Quitali after that Chris Byrd fight.
Hatton was exposed as the overhyped club fighter he really is. Not only was he dominated by Mayweather, but he was even knocked out by a guy who supposedly had no power. That KO will go down as one of the greatest knockouts in the history of the sport and it's proof that Hatton has no chin. The beating he took from light hitting Collazo was no fluke.
The fact is that there is a reason it took Hatton nearly 40 handpicked fights of waiting and waiting for the perfect opportunity to fight a world champion for a title. That opportunity came when Kostya Tszyu was old, coming off major injuries, and they were able to secure the fight on Hatton's home turf. The handpicking continued after Hatton beat Tszyu as he handpicked the worst titleholders he could find such as Maussa (probably the worst titleholder ever at 140), Collazo (worst of the 147 champions and a fringe contender at best who was dominated by Mosley), and Urango (still an untested prospect and the worst titleholder at 140 when Hatton fought him).
Hatton's team is smart for protecting him for so long and milking his fans until they got a huge payday. Now that Hatton has been exposed he can either retire or continue his losing ways whenever he fights a decent fighter. The guy was a flat out overrated, overhyped British bum like every other British fighter in boxing history.
We are done exposing one British bum. Bring on Joke Calzaghe and old ass Bernard Hopkins will take his zero too if he has the balls to leave the UK for a real challenge.

Britain gave you your society which is why Americans speak English and name cities after places in England.
And we've been fucking up England since 1776...
It's a sad day when the son raises his hand against the father, the father that gave life to him, taught him everything he knows, gave him his identity and culture.
Anyhow I'm surprised you haven't brought up Frank Bruno, Nazeem Hamed , Howard Eastman and Junior Witter. You must be itching for the same thing to happen to Calzaghe, let's just hope Hopkins doesn't double his purse demands at the last moment like last time.
he can beat judah because he would crack under pressure but he cant beat the top welters.
Wait a minute in the strongest division of them all Mayweather only fought Judah, Baldomir and Hatton. So he never faced any of the elite Welters.
Lennox never called out the klits. In fact he had left Vitali out to dry as his mandatory for a very long time and it was only because of a pull-out that Vitali got his shot. Otherwise he might never had had it, although that's speculation.
A fight with Vitali was looking likely a lot earlier but he quit against Chris Byrd and lost his title and that intially scuppered it.
Both fighters eventually took the fight on short notice when Lewis's warm up pulled out but it's obvious who was more physically prepared. If they'd had a rematch and Lewis had gotten into shape I'd expect he'd have won quite convincingly but it's disappointing it didn't happen.
Kesller is overrated. If he is so good, he should have given calzaghe a better fight than he did. He fought Calzaghe like he had a bad cut over his way or something. I wasnt impressed by his performance like some of you are.
I think he had a hand injury in the lead up to that fight.
