RJJ at that stage beat Hopkins Toney, Calzaghe best Eubank who was way past his prime.
You just go completely off topic.
Who was Richard Frazier's best win?
Poor Calzaghe, his punching power so great that he was ducked by Tyson himself. Grabbing onto nothing here mate. If RJJ didn’t want to fight him because his best win back then were fucking an old man Eubank and didn’t deserve a fight with RJJ out of Calzaghe mouth. The Hopkins one I have no clue about.
When did I mention Tyson or Calzaghe's punch power? You're so poor at having an adult conversation.
His best win was Eubank. What was Richard Frazier's best win? How bout David Telesco? :lol1:
You have no clue about the Hopkins one yet you still feel you can comment saying that Im stupid to believe he avoided Calzaghe. :lol1: How dumb does that sound? Well now you know.
Calzaghe could have moved up to LHW or move down to MW. Sorry no excuses no ever ducked Calzaghe. He said he didn't earn a RJJ fight back than and also Hopkins never ducked him. Its pretty sad you believe that, if it makes you better. Fine
You're so deluded its unbelievable. Move down to MW? :lol1: He struggles to make 168 as it is. Are you really THAT stupid?
Calzaghe was willing to move to LHW to fight Jones but Jones was never interested in the fight.
Hopkins blatantly avoided Calzaghe. Its pretty sad that you dont know that. Its been confirmed by most reputable sources that Hopkins agreed the fight in 2002 and then backed out. But you'll ignore facts as usual.
Vitali Klitschko
Hasim Rahman
David Tua
Michael Grant
Evander Holyfield
Andrew Golota
Ray Mercer
Frank Bruno
All the prime fighter Lewis faced and won
Name Calzaghes List
Kessler
Reid (Maybe)
:lurk:
:lol1: And these are elite fighters. Im a huge fan of Lennox but the heavyweight division wasnt the strongest. Michael Grant?
Lewis fought the best when he had to and was ducked by prime Tyson Bowe and others. Calzaghe fought nobody weak division and still has more to give. He should have fought Pavlik then retired instead of Jones and than retire. Lewis fought Vitali at 37 a prime young fighter.
Calzaghe fought the best in his division and was avoided by prime Jones, Hopkins and others. Lewis' division was weak too. He just fought Lacy and Kessler, two pirme young undefeated champions.
You have an excuse for everything you hypocrite.
I wouldn't say shot, but his skills were definitely declining, his reflexes had suffered, and he was rusty coming off a year long layoff against an awkward and very physical fighter (who was also a late sub for K Johnson). So I think these factors led to quite an unsatisfactory performance. But he got the job done. He fought like a heavyweight and tee'd off on Klitschko trying to bomb him out. It was a helluva war
he didn't want to fight anymore, that's a pretty good reason to end a career, and he had nothing else left to prove
Definitely. There was no reason for him to fight on.
I don't think he was shot but past his prime, out of shape and unmotivated IMO.
he didn't want to fight anymore, that's a pretty good reason to end a career, and he had nothing else left to prove
What do you think?
he certainly wasnt shot as his previous fight was an impressive and expected destruction of tyson. he was a young 37 with not a lot of wear and tear as he started his career somewhat late and was never in any wars besides the mercer fight
Bottom line: both fighters were equally underprepared, because they were training for other fighters. The difference was that Vitali had actually bothered to get himself in shape for this other fight, while Lennox hadn't. Vitali was in shape and in his prime, wheras Lennox was out of shape, out of his prime and plain old. When the fight was stopped, it was either 4-2 to Vitali or 3-3, but whichever way you look at it, Lennox had the momentum at the time, having definately won the last 2 rounds. The cuts Vitali suffered were terrible and caused by punches Lennox threw. You can say this is unlucky for Vitali, but he was stopped in a legitimate way.
Lennox knew that a rematch would be an extremely tough fight, a war in fact and he thought to himself 'what do I have left to prove? Nothing. I beat him legitimately first time'.
End of discussion.
:bottle::bottle:
How is it a duck when Lewis come into the fight sluggish and weigh in a record weight? What is wrong retiring on top when you are 37 and been through a lot and fought the best available. Why take a rematch past your prime which could damage your legacy?? You admit that Vitali best win is a defeat, how sad :(
Hey look Flawless discredit my fighter he is a racist and he racist when he discredit Tito Eubank Oh no :damnit1:
i didnt admit that you fool, that was what you said, so i put that in my post saying if it was so easy and that is Vitali `s best win why no rematch,
you are too slow to realise,
why the double standards when it comes to Lewis and Calzaghe?

Whats wrong with Calzaghe retiring at 37? Are you gonna comment on your clear hypocrisy or still busy trying to think of a lame excuse?
Ducked, how about retiring while you are on top and way past your prime, fool. A “lucky” victory for a 37 year old man would has fought the best in front of him was able to cut to pieces while he was in his prime and was young. I can’t believe it took him only 6 rounds to cut him like that, one more round with Lewis coming on I think I would see Vitali being stopped you.
Funny how you dont see it the same way when Joe Calzaghe wants to retire on top at 37 years of age and past his best. Hypocrite.

25 million not to fight a rematch,
one of the most obvious occasions of a fighter ducking,
if Vitali was so shit and his best victory is a loss, why no rematch?
easy money for Lewis, right? well Lewis didnt think so,
you`re just a hater, never give a white fighter any credit,
you should get back to telling people how Calzaghe`s win over Kessler is meaningless because Kessler`s best win is Mundine,
complete bullshit, you try to discredit all successful white fighters , its something i have noticed with you,
Yes, and he still won. Whole Vitali best win is a defeat. Lewis was 37 and past his prime and Vitali was young and in his prime but still lost. No excuses, the way Vitali fans go on about this fight is sad. Is Vitali best win a defeat
bullshit you`re a well known Klitschko hater,
all white fighters are shit to you,
you convienently leave out facts, and come up with this "no excuses" bullshit,
Lewis ducked Vitali for 25+ million,
that should tell you he knew he was lucky to get out with a "victory",
get back to trying to prove that Calzaghe is shit
Lewis weighed in at 256.5 lbs a record for him. Vitali was in his prime and still lost to Lewis.
convienent how you leave out that Vitali took the fight on a few days notice,
neither fighter was fully prepared, not just Lewis like you like to point out,
you like to twist things Flawless and leave out other important details
Depends how you definie "shot".If you mean past his best then he was shot when he fought Tyson.
He came in Lazy Lennox mode. Out of shape and unmotivated, he just wanted to land the right hand and get Vitali outta there. He also was supposed to be fighting someone else - Kirk Johnson I believe.
A rematch would've been fun to watch but Vitali probably missed his best chance to win. Lennox always came back stronger in rematches.
