Flying in from Chicago to vegas for nelo vs Chavez jr first fight since manny Bradley 3 seeing in person. Haven't posted here in a while anybody else on the scene going to vegas this weekend let's get a roll coll going in this *****! Where you at!

The first time i watched porter vs thurman i didnt score it and i felt that porter edged out the contest....i will say many of the rounds were extremley close and after watching a 2nd time im convinced porter won the fight....he was in keifs ass all night.... i couldnt beleive steve farhood was giving every close rd to kief....porter land big shots up top and to the body even busted kief up at one point after scoring 7rds to porter just now going into the 11 th.....i knew porter truly won this fight

We just witnessed the fight of the year on saturday and all i see is canelo triple g floyd drama threads even threads about david fn haye.... where the hell is the love for one of the best fights in recent memory.... wow either way salido,vargas,martinez and lomanchenko are making 130 the most interesting divison to see who ends up on top.... this divison deserves some big time spotlight

Still in awe from last night... those 2 fighters fought there hearts out... from rd 1 to rd 12.. just amazing what a fight... one of the best ive ever seen. As far as im concerned both guys provided the best most courageous performance of there careers last night. After whats been going on with mexican boxing last night reassured the boxing public that mexican fighters are the true warriors of the sport. Why is this site not going crazy with praise for what those 2 did last night? Last night is why boxing can be great.... and you have two mexicans to thank for that...

Gotta tip my hat to the Brits the amount of good fighters coming from there right now is pretty special....tony bellews WBC title win this past weekend just adds to all the accomplishments coming out of there right now... Serious contenders, big names like Frampton,quigg,brook,fury,joshua,haye,degale and so many more... is this the brightest time the uk boxing scene has seen?

-did Lara help his case at getting any big fights with triple g or a rematch with canelo after that snooze fest he put on. Complaining about not getting big fights when you put on those shiz fest is unreal -was high on najera, but after getting knocked out by Beltran and previously by Robert Garcia's fighter? What does that say about Félix verdejos fight against him -trout looks like he's heading to gate keeper status if he's not already there -the Charlo who beat trout is a good fighter but it would be in his best interest to stay at 154 as long as he can.... please j-rock next! - the other Charlo is a decent fighter as well not sure he beats Lara tho

here we go.....let all the hate and bs begin from ignorant boxing fans who are gonna hate on canelo..... need i remind you that at 22 he fought the best fighter on the planet in floyd mayweather.....twenty fn 2.... hes 25 and has fought trout,LARA ( the guys you all say everybody on the face of this earth is ducking) Miguel cotto (future hall of famer),kirkland,angulo,khan, hes fought all these great fighters at the age of 25 and you fools are gonna call these kid a coward........ imo the wbc in a way forced that belt on canelo from the get go.....canelo never has declared himself a 160 fighter...NEVER... he fights at a catchweight....why? because he can.. hes the face of boxing.. floyd and manny fought at cathcweights... why? because they were the face of boxing at the time..... so if thats what they want... there gonna get it... because they are the a sides plain and simple... so for 3g who is my 2nd favorite fighter behind canelo the truth is if you want that big fight... your gonna have to go down to 155 because canelo doesnt give a shiz about the belt. or you should of fought ward at 168. you have to take the risk cause plain and simple theres nobody in your own divison to fight. fighters like gennady and canelo are why i love this sport and i have no doubt in my mind that canelo will fight the monster gennady.... but ggg has to realize that this is a buisness as well.. so to get that first big fight you have to give a little.. look at all that floyd gave oscar to get him in the ring and to share the spotlight with him

unbelievable, with the fight being a week away in his home country of russia with 50 thousand plus fans cheering him on and the opportunity to win a heavyweight title after being outclassed by klitchko. the biggest fight of his career and he gets caught doping...sucks for all included including wilder had no doubt that he was gonna ko povetkin and prove all his naysayers wrong in russia. straight enemy territory.... just seeing how hostile the crowd was gonna be against wilder cause hes a black american male was gonna make the fight atmosphere intense..... how fo you guys think this fight would of played out? deontay ko povetkin rd 8 whats yours?

once again this dude could of continued and he chose not to respond to the ref and take the easy way out....he's a disgrace to the sport...the ref even gave him a chance by giving him a long ten count...what a wierd dude.... fly away birdy

Looks like both fighters are taking the next big steps in there careers, alot of good but not great in the boxing world now a days with Thurman, garcia, porter, ghost,bradley. Spence and Félix look special...i mean special like de la Hoya,mosley,trinidad. HBO is invested in Félix and Spence is on the come up with his next fight.. who is the better prospect and who wins?

I mean what really is teddy gonna do for timmy to improve his chances against manny, what can he show him? I get it teddy's a big talker in the corner and helps motivate. but after rewatching manny bradley 1 and 2, I realized that Diaz was a big factor in getting bradley UP for the rounds....Diaz would get in bradley ass during the fight to catch his 2nd wind and keep on trying. to me the combo of Diaz and bradley father are just as uplifting in the corner as atlas can be...... I'm just expecting a good fight. because these both fighters are warriors and they give good competitive scraps when to go at it .....that said manny wins again..

this was the fight that made me a hardcore......at my uncles house. a mexican fight party, when fernando had oscar on the ropes in the first round,I was going ape shiz...... never ever have I've been as a kid watching that fight...what's your take on that classic battle

So here goes both fights look to be heading to that date.... we know there rumblings of top rank going back to ShowTime and with Walters,loma,postol,crawford,nonito,bradley,ramirez,valdez,verdejo,ramirez and everybody else ShowTime would be wise to throw them a bone on that great fight. Thing is we know ShowTime has been haymons b**** network so what you think there gonna do? Still such a bad move by HBO letting that fight go... especially with that being the week before the canelo fight. Would help for the build up with 24/7 airing after and all....

so I'm not the most religious.... but I was raised Catholic and I get that manny has took his leap of faith and if this is what he believes,I'm fine with it. it says in the bible that homosexuality is a sin... one of the worst. there was a video on esnews of Robert garcia father ex trainer of fernando vargas just flat out hating on canelo for taking the khan fight. he sounded completely angry and full of hate towards canelo. saying that canelos team doesn't believe in his abilities and his skills are nothing special. add him to the list ala marquez,chavez sr and some many other ex mexican fighters and trainers who completely shiz on canelo every chance they get.... and as a fan of nelo I'm just getting sick of all the hate and jealousy this 25 year old kid gets. look at all the fighters he's fought lara,kirkland,floyd,cotto,trout. he's fought everyone and pick khan to fight because it's the fight that could get the most recognition out of all the other scrubs that were avaliable. we need more fighters like nelo. fighters who are not scared to test there abilities. after this fight he'll go on to fight triple g. so what givez

Let me just say its pretty bad ass that the heavyweight divison has some sizzle to it at the moment. Wilder is a knockout artist who has a desire to be the best, fury is a good boxer whose antics entertain the shiz out of me, and I can't wait to see those two fight. But I've never been as annoyed and embarrassed as a fight fan on Saturday night watching that ibf title fight. The fact that those two bums were fighting for a strap makes me wanna vomit. The fight and post interview was a joke. Martin won the damn title without landing a punch. How the hell is that possible? my friend who is a casual was witnessing that garbage and said "that's why boxing sucks". Is martin even considered a top 50 heavyweight? How the hell was he fighting for a title. It was a joke. So ill just say martin is probably the worst fighter ever to hold a heavyweight title. He sucks as fighter. He shows you that no matter how terrible of a fighter you are, no matter how sh***y your boxing skills are if you sign with Al Harmon he can make you a champion.

As a fan of andre and somebody who respects his ability and skill level as a fighter, let me just say how frustrating its been to support this guy..... ward has fought about twice in two years and is coming off a fight against some bum ass fighter from the uk. Ive been extremely patient as fan waiting for this man to fight some quality level opposition. I believe his skill level and talent no doubt justify him as the best fighter in the world. The problem being that as of late his lack of appearances in the ring and the quality of opposition has been a major problem in his life. So to hear that he signed off to fight kovalev was big reason for me to be happy. But hearing how he's handled the contract situation with Barrera (who by the way is a above average fighter with some skill) makes me seriously doubt that we will see ward in the ring with kovalev in November. Andre seems like a good dude outside the ring but hes mind is Way to wrapped up in the business side off the sport. Just get in the ring and fight. A fight with Barrera would be big time help in preparing for Sergey and adjusting to the new divison. I believe ward has the skill to outbox kovalev no doubt, but if he doesn't prepare him self right he could end up being shocked and dropped by Sergey.... who is your favorite fighter who makes you scratch your head the most???
