You should not be able to gain the welterweight title of the world at 145 pounds. The welterweight class is at 147 pounds. To win a title at Welterweight, you SHOULD fight at 147 pounds. Any less than 147 pounds is NOT a welterweight fight. And if a fight is not a welterweight fight, why would you win a welterweight title?
This is like Cotto winning the Jr. Welterweight title of the world at 145 pounds. It's ridiculous.

I think to0 many ppl under estimated the clottey fight and not for nothing but without the cut clottey wouldn't have caught him that many times on that left eye .
