Yup. Now Cotto's legal counsel has a relative, his uncle, on the WBC board of Governors. But I'm sure that he will have nothing at all to do with protecting Cotto and his paper title. Yeah, sure. Must have been a drag growing up when you're nicknamed after the dog in the Wizard of Oz, though! :)

Toto's brother Gabriel Peñagaricano, who was member of the WBC board of Governors, also attended along with his son, Gabriel “Gaby” Peñagarícano, who is Miguel Cotto´s legal counselor.

Peñagaricano announced that as part of his new charge in Puerto Rico, he will work hard spreading boxing and having WBC affiliated title fights on the island.
