The reason this fight didn't happen is because of Bob Arum. Bob Arum didn't do everything he coudl to make that fight happen. They had the Clottey fight done 24-48 hrs after the negotiations with Golden Boy fell apart. This was a pissing contest between Bob Arum and Floyd and the people at Golden Boy.

This will backfire on GBP and Mayweathers if they don't do olympic style testing in all of the next and future fights they are promoting. If they don't the consequences will be brutal for GBP and the mayweathers. A sure winner for the Pacman's lawsuit.
Anything can happen. It's possible that Pacquiao won't be able to land some combinations on Floyd because of the latter's elusive style. During the last rounds in the Cotto vs Pac fight, Pac seemed annoyed by the opponent's dancing. The Floyd vs Pac might end up something like that throughout the entire 12 rounds with few insignificant exchanges. Pac without knocking down Floyd will lose.
That's why I don't like that kind of boxing style Floyd has. It's too boring for me to watch. You won't see a lot of non-stop exchanges.

in this case, it's awkward manny is filing a lawsuit, but has refused to be tested. if manny were to take the tests, and come out clean, i think he'd have better grounds for his lawsuit. Pacman don't need to throw a punch to make millions this time and still restore his image. However, the accusations and insinuation of steroids use is uncalled for. Never in the history of boxing that one fighter launched a smear campaign to his opponent. That is not good for boxing and the boxing fan. Pacman's image is tarnished. The suit is about Pacman proving his image was destroyed by the accuser and team mayweather's goal is to prove that Pacman's is a steroids user. It is just fair to have the lawsuit. If this does not go to trial and settled out of court, you will see this mess again and again in the future. Besides if you really think Pacman is on roids, then you have nothing to worry about and you can laugh all you want, but not until the case is settled.

Can you tell who are those professional boxers that have been tested by USADA? You are the one who is blindly defending PBF for trying to get of out the fight. The mayweather said that with or without steroid PBF can beat the hell out of Pacman. Do you think Pacman is not worried that the test will be tampered to reflect a positive result? I am not saying that PBF and his team already arrange a way to make sure Pacman is tested positive. Do team mayweather will agree that the test be conducted in the Philippine to make sure the test results would be fair and honestly done? Or why not test PBF blood in the Philippines and Pacman's blood tested in USA? With the kind of behaviour team mayweather were showing lately would certainly cast a doubt of their real intentions. They already succeeded in tarnishing one man's image and achievement even before the negotiation.

I am not saying that the mayweather camp had already set up a plan that no matter what happen dirty or not dirty that pacman's blood test result would be positive. I am not implying that they already paid someone, I am sure they did not, to tamper the blood testing procedure to create a positive result for Pacman. I don't think it is easy to do that by paying a substantial amount of money to the agency that team weathers chooses. Glazing pacman's vials during blood extractions of any drugs they choose or wisking it during the test did not cross my mind. Saying that, I am pretty sure Pacman taking the test requires carefull consideration. I dont see any conspiracy here.
Pac's camp HAD ALREADY AGREED to take any random blood & urine testing, as long as it's set and administered by the NSAC, which is the rightful governing body. Why can't Floyd's camp just AGREE TO THIS ??!
