Now, this Tygart is actually misleading the public that the USADA testing is Olympic kind of testing, that the blood to be extracted is not even the amount of a tablespoon, in which it is a lie! Another lie is the random selection of blood test in contact sport or individual sport before competition, the truth is in Olympic and big time sports events like the granslam in tennis, blood test is only taken after the athletes is already finished in all of his competition and thats the only time that a random testing of blood is taken and done, hence random only!" ~ Malinowski
Less then a teaspoon.

In this audio recording, Ellerbe says teaspoon.

The whole tablespoon thing was a mistake. TR/ GBP probably didn't have full knowledge of OST. That was more of an honest mistake. It's less then a teaspoon, a simple sample.
I have to laugh at this thread.
It's a tablespoon, not a teaspoon!
Oh, the horror!
Like I said, it's an irrelevant conversation because the issue is not with the amount of blood. Us bickering over the amount of blood taken is pointless, but hey, if we absolutely have to discuss it we might as well get the facts right.

lawsuits and petitions aren't childish... they are both right and good if the reason is right.
Lawsuit - he had to do it, but it's sad the fight probably won't happen over this, but it had to be done.
Petition - is a total joke... it was so joheable that I not even spent time commenting it... check yourself before you wreck others... it is simply BS... the one who has harm (Pacquiao) can make something against and he did... but what harm have these petitioners from Floyd? Why take money and food out of his family mouths for an opinion he got? Todays athletes archieve more then ever in history before... and we life in a time were doping and all that shit is not something that happens once a decade... so if you are a top athlete and archieve something that never was archieved before it is only normal that some will question that... so where is the problem... he gets sued rightfully... and that's it... the petition is simply BS
Post a link. Every credible source states it's one tablespoon.

It's less than a teaspoon of blood.
Says who? ...
The amount of blood is completely irrelevant, btw. The issue is with the timing of the testing, not the amount of blood nor the test itself.
For the record:
1 Imperial teaspoon = 5.91939047 millilitres
1 Imperial tablespoon = 17.7581714 millilitres

It's a tablespoon, btw. At least fix it right if you're gonna fix it at all.

Parrot = to repeat verbatim or with substantially the same meaning words or thoughts expressed by another.
straw man = a logical fallacy which misrepresents the position of the opponent, often by extreme arguments, rendering an easy refutation by the attacker. Exempli gratia: "No one (an absolute) with any dignity and honor will call the actions of Team Pacquiao "Childish." Only (another extreme and absolute) the disgruntled haters and detractors of Manny Pacquiao will voice their opinions as such."

Parrot? Straw man? What? Please concentrate on the points of this matter.

many lawsuits are "frivalous," but it depends on the grounds for the lawsuit.
in this case, it's awkward manny is filing a lawsuit, but has refused to be tested. if manny were to take the tests, and come out clean, i think he'd have better grounds for his lawsuit. IMO, this is full of smoke, and will go nowhere.....the sports world is different from the rest of the world, in that it's usually "guilty to proven innocent," in sports.
agreed....the petition is laughable.
Ditto, the petition is laughable. But the lawsuits are OK. Anyway Pacman don't need to take the test yet, not until it is time, which is during the trial if there is any. That's a lot of money. Pacman don't need to throw a punch to make millions this time and still restore his image. However, the accusations and insinuation of steroids use is uncalled for. Never in the history of boxing that one fighter launched a smear campaign to his opponent. That is not good for boxing and the boxing fan. Pacman's image is tarnished. The suit is about Pacman proving his image was destroyed by the accuser and team mayweather's goal is to prove that Pacman's is a steroids user. It is just fair to have the lawsuit. If this does not go to trial and settled out of court, you will see this mess again and again in the future. Besides if you really think Pacman is on roids, then you have nothing to worry about and you can laugh all you want, but not until the case is settled.

Pac did this before:
In August 2007, Pacquiao filed a P30-million libel suit against four journalists of the Manila Bulletin due to an article which stated that he "is reported to be a compulsive gambler and is known to bet hundreds of thousand in casinos, cockfighting, and billiards." The case was later dismissed via "affidavit of desistance", and Pacquiao stated that pursuing the case would only cause inconvenience to him and his family.

I like Pacquiao but I hate the fact that some people think he is a god and he may believe that too. His fans just believe he is a saint and it is not true.
It savors more of bruised pride than an issue of honor, to me. Nice straw man, btw. Do you have a single independent thought in that head of yours, or do you merely parrot everyone else's thoughts?
Parrot? Straw man? What? Please concentrate on the points of this matter.
