many lawsuits are "frivalous," but it depends on the grounds for the lawsuit. in this case, it's awkward manny is filing a lawsuit, but has refused to be tested. if manny were to take the tests, and come out clean, i think he'd have better grounds for his lawsuit. IMO, this is full of smoke, and will go nowhere.....the sports world is different from the rest of the world, in that it's usually "guilty to proven innocent," in sports. agreed....the petition is laughable. If this does not go to trial and settled out of court, you will see this mess again and again in the future.
