Red Meat is ok if you can keep it in moderation, I wouldnt recommend it to boxers or people who are looking to be lean though.
It is also very fatty which im sure you know isnt good, although it does contain a lot of nutrients you cant get from other food sources unless you are using a supplement.
Of course im not saying go out and eat cheeseburgers but their are LEAN red meats and that is what I would stick to personally and red meat is enormously high in the calorie department so to lose weight on red meat wouldnt be a bright idea.
93% lean red meat or higher would be the best route.
