spinks-Hello Spinks, just wanting to say thank you very much for your answers/time. Im pretty sure everyone appreicates your time and patience, when we ask u questions back to back. Spinks I made a thread about this, but I wanted your opinion, what cereal would you eat if you had to like healthy wise? Special K or Oats and more or what? Thanks

Total Protein cereal has lots of protein (14 grams per serving) and is low in carbohydrates. It's a good cereal. It has 100% of 12 Vitamins and minerals in each serving...I highly recomend this cereal. Most cereals have lots of carbohydrates, but some are better then others. For instance, 1 and 1/4 of a cup of shredded wheat and bran cereal has 48 grams of carbohydrates as opposed to Apple jacks 1 cup has 28 grams of carbs. Shredded Wheat and Bran Cereal is much healthier though because it only has 1 gram of sugar carbohydrates, and Apple jacks have 28 grams of sugar... Not all carbohydrates are equal. It's much better to get complex carbohydrates then it is to get sugar carbohydrates...
Although the taste is something you probably wont get over, if you are doing it for nutrition reasons then by all means go for it but the taste is HORRIBLE! trust me...It tastes like ASS!
Oatmeal is another plus, a good way to eat it would be with fruit or maybe mix some protein powder in it to keep the sugar levels and calories down while it still tasting good.
Also if you are wanting to slim down, Stay away from cereal with fiber *coughshreddedwheatscough* Fiber makes you bloat.
Kashi is another optional choice if ate in moderation.
Out of the two you listed, I would go with the special K, but watch out for the milk you use with it and a whole bowl doesnt count as the servings on the box either.

Gloves
Jump Rope
Speed bag (but not really, I like to use it to cool down)
Double End bag
Mitts
Handwraps
Just the basics.
Spinks, don't want to suffocate you with my questions, but I have another one for you. If I'm going to be joining an amateurs, ring gloves wise, what should I go with? I have heard 12 oz., and 10 oz. But I don't really know. Plus, If I'm going to get them, what kind should I go for? I was looking at the everlast competiton ones, with the white fingertips they say they are for amateur competition or should I just go with regular everlast fight gloves? Thanks alot, sorry for the long question
