Spinksjinx, tell me how much whey has your protein powder per 100g? Because If I look at those products they say pure whey, they still have like 25g whey per 30g.
Jinx, I think even you can't understand what it says there of what the powder contains.
I bought glucose, sould I mix it with the protein drink? Should I mix it with water before training and then mix the protein in it after training and then drink it?
What are you talking about, I dont understand what the label says????
1 scoop=28 grams
1 scoop=19 grams of protein
This fits in perfect into my diet, Mind YOU need more protein than me as you weigh about 50 pounds more then me.
I have 6 meals a day each containing anywhere between 20-30 grams of protein per meal.
I weigh 117-121
Mixing glucose with protein will do no harm and, It isnt needed unless you are not getting enough carbohydrate calories into your diet.
That supplement isnt needed as long as you are eating enough healthy plentiful foods, However it does give an added boost to your metabolism but isnt necessarily needed.
yo spinks jus one question man, i got whey protein and creatine rite so should i jus take 1, is it pointless to take both or both is cool? and if both how often i take it like how much times a day? Thanks in advance man,

Both should be fine to take with no worries.
You DONT want to drop the whey unless you are getting enough calories and protein into your diet already from good natural foods.
Creatine is a toss up, I have used it and seen nothing but side effects (severe acne) A friend of mine has tried it and has worked really well. Give it a try and see how it works for you.
If you are getting enough protein in your diet already then the whey will be ok if you take it POST workout (immediately following your workout, you need the protein into your body fast right after a workout for the rebuilding process and Whey will break down the fastest and get it into your system.) Mix it with water and you are set.
You need approximately 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound so say if you weigh 150 pounds you need rougly 150 grams of protein into your body to build and rebuild muscle.
I wouldnt exceed 2 drinks a day in the protein department though especially if you are already getting enough.
Creatine will add an extra boost of strength or endurance to a workout and what it does is fill your muscles with water, which in return makes them swell a bit and appear bigger.
I dont think it is needed personally but some have found great success in it, However once going off of creatine the added strength/speed/endurance and size and so forth gained will go off as well.
Also make sure creatine is taken earlier in the day and 5-10 grams of creatine per day is all you need after your loading period.
Also when taking Creatine quick reminder:
!!!DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!
I truly cant stress that enough, Im talking gallons within a day
Whey Protein is NEEDED, Creatine is NOT
But give both a try and come back with the results.
