What are you talking about? Of course it is an exhibition. Neither fighter is fighting for a belt in their separate divisions.
As Garcia's father said though, it still is going to be a real fight so either fighter can get knocked out.
Back in the day exhibition fights(even by champions) used to be a lot more common between sanctioned championship fights.
I think boxing fans nowadays equate exhibition fights as those by youtube personalities, or Mayweather arranged glorified sparring matches in Japan.
20 to 30 years ago, exhibition fights meant real boxing fights even by champions fighting lower rated boxers or boxers from different weight divisions, without the fees and rules dictated by world sanctioning bodies. The champions don't have to risk their titles in such matches.
