I think the only reason this fight will happen is because GB and DAZN are willing to pay Pac 20 mil to take a dive to fast track Ryan. All Pac cares about is that 20 mil.

Why would it be an exhibition? The RING has Pacquiao #3 at WW and Garcia #2 at LW. It wasn't an issue with Spence-Garcia or Mayweather-Marquez, why would it be an issue here?

A competitive fight between these two if they could agree a common-ground weight that offered a level playing field would be compelling.

An exhibition is utterly pointless from a sporting perspective. An exercise in separating fools from their money.

If Pac gave up his belt and announced his retirement from competitive boxing beforehand, an exhibition would be more forgiveable (though still pretty much pointless).
