Oh I agree that skills can evolve later in a boxers career but reflexes don't just get better with age. There's no dis*****g that.

This is not an attempt to change your mind as it's clear that you don't like GGG, and that's fine

Golovkin never should have made the 154-168 statement because now we have to hear his critics repeat it for the next 154-168 years lol.

What Golovkin should have said was that he would be willing to drop down to 154 for Mayweather or Pacquiao and/or move up for a super-fight. He obviously wasn't willing to fight every and anybody in those weight classes so fine, I will give you that.

Ward was pretty much inactive from 2012-2015 and after that he went to 175. Froch would have been a good fight but Froch said he couldn't get down to 166.

Could Golovkin have fought those guys at 168? Sure, just like Manny Pacquiao could have fought Miguel Cotto at 147 instead of 145. Just like Floyd Mayweather Jr. could have fought Canelo at 154 instead of 152.

Juan Manuel Marquez had an opportunity to face Miguel Cotto at 150 but he didn't want to go any higher than 147. It happens.

Canelo lost 1st fight, and beat GGG at his own game in 2nd fight, many times when a fighter feels he loses they always go about changing trainers

I am not even interested or care about the canelo/ggg 3. GGG is done and has been on a decline since 2016. He is not getting better, he don't take shots well to the body, and he is getting slower(even slower than his already slow self, taking more shots). He is a brutal KO waiting to happen, and is there for the taking. Canelo really have nothing to prove even if he wins by KO. The fight is no longer compelling. It would have been more compelling had they fought in 2015 instead of 2017.

Can’t argue with that. GGG pretty much deserves that last shot, but I think he’s depleted enough now to make Canelo look much better than Canelo actually is. GGG “deserves” that paycheck too....so why not.

Don’t like Atlas even if he’s entertaining but I agree with him!

Canelo ices Golovkin like Wayne Gretzky!
