I'm hoping A side Andy tells em all to eff off and haymon backs him all the way to court.

Andy isn't the A side, no matter how toxic you are towards AJ due to beating your hero Parker.
It's like some people just don't get it that a rematch clause is drawn up and signed before the fight, not after it.

Andy's ''fans'' don't know which side is up let alone the intricacies of signed contracts.

Oh and Ruiz is drawing this out... last i heard it is still not official, then it was official, then it was not lol. Im only partially joking.
The contract wasn't renegotiable .we know this because the contract has been signed after Ruiz stated he is unhappy with money ,venue ..etc. Most bit we didn't .The contract was not changeable ,maybe flexible but its obvious Ruiz could not void that contract and his own trainer said that .

there is nothing to abide by ,Ruiz has already signed the pre existing one and the current one otherwise he would challenge Hearn ,its not happening and that's because hes just lying to you guys . AJ doesn't get hurt because the civil lawsuit is on ruiz in court and a permenant injunction leaned on him ,that's why this is nonsense and the fight is going on with with Ruiz SET amount and Joshuas who gets whatever the event has grown to,with or without ruiz its all the same.

My assumption though is that they aren’t all the same. My line of thinking has always been that If EVERYTHING was ironed out in the first contract, then we would already have this fight set.
This fight should be set but Ruiz is acting like a coward with no honour. He's acting like a brat. As are you defending all this madness.

The fight is set, Ruiz is shouting emptiness of nothing on twiter ,but seems only the gullible believe him. Worst case scenario is he will be stripped of a title and replaced in the event, which isn't going to happen if you actually do know law and not coming off some ridiculous wilder channel and /or parroting craziness trying to sound smart. A side Andy simply wont win any legal hearings here. Ha

Last week everyone was screaming how the clause stipulated that the fight MUST be in the UK. Now everyone is screaming how the contract stipulates that it’s Joshua's choice. Clearly people just like to scream.
You're lying again aren't you? No one said it stipulated that the rematch be in the UK. They said AJ and Hearn get choice of venue. Their arguments where that if AJ wants it in the UK, he can by way of contract.

So yeah, people just like to scream, don't they? Usually bitter nonsense where everything has to be seen as negative even though the only negative is the likes of you.

Hopefully you cure your insecurity about us.

Its not weird in the slightest, just put yourself in Ruiz's shoes.

You're getting $200K a fight, you get a chance to fight for 3 belts and 20X your highest pay day, but you have to accept a rematch clause (which any champion will have in a voluntary), for 40X your highest pay day, and they get to choose the location.

You've just seen Whyte & Ortiz miss out by trying to hard ball the negotiations, what would you do?

You sign, you sign yesterday, you tell your team to make it happen, back yourself to become the first Mexican unified champ and become a millionaire either way.

It boggles my mind to think anyone can see this any other way.

The sanctioning bodies would rather have AJ is their champ as he commands higher purses and their fee’s are a percentage of that.
If Ruiz decides to fight this he would be on the shelf for a few years.
The sanctioning bodies would gladly strip him and let AJ fight for a vacant title then see the champ fight nobody for at least 2 years and probably more.
I see Ruiz side but if you really believe you’ll knock him out again go do it for an easy $9 million than call your own shots after.
