Tito was NOT ranked at 175 or any division actually he'd been inactive for 3 years then and hadn't won a fight in 4 years so NO he wasn't ranked.

Lacy wasn't ranked because he's garbage and was coming of a loss and terrible performance. Also NOT ranked.

So you're wrong. Roy Jones hasn't beaten a ranked fighter since 2003.

Nothing at all against Roy, Roy is one of my favourites. What I am against is you trying to claim he "still had juice left" in 2009 when he absolutely did not.

Tito fought at a catchweight I thought and Lacy was definitely ranked by then as he'd only lost to Jermain Taylor in a title eliminator months before, even moving up a weight class he'd still have been ranked highly enough at the time. His losses that tanked him was Dhafhir Smith after Roy.

Wasn't 47 the average age of a Rocky opponent ?

Ok, and? Tito wasn't ranked and hadn't won a fight in 4 years. Why are you using him as an example?

Lacy wasn't ranked, he lost to Taylor and then had a woeful performance in his next fight. And it's irrelevant because the fight was at 175 anyway.

Roy Jones had not, and has not, beaten a ranked fighter since 2003. That's a fact.

To even attempt to claim that as some kind of good win for Calzaghe is embarrassing.

It wasn't a bad win, hardly embarrassing to suggest as much. There's no doubting that Roy was still a more than decent fighter at the time regardless of rankings which don't reflect the credibility of getting those names on his resumé at that point in his career. This wasn't the same Roy that lost three fights in a row and two of them brutally.

Also Lacy would probably have been ranked at 175 moving up after being highly ranked at 168 and beating a gatekeeper opponent. I'm not saying he was that good at the time though since Calzaghe seemed to steal his soul. It's not much of a disadvantage for someone to move up a weight class unless you get to the LHW - HW bracket.

No. Lacy WAS NOT RANKED. That is a fact.

How can I make this easier for you to understand?

Tito was not ranked, Lacy was not ranked. These are facts.

No it wasn't a bad win. It was a terrible win.

He was not a decent fighter he was shot to pieces.

Again to suggest otherwise is embarrassing.

Roy was shot to pieces when he fought Joe. It wasn't even seen as a serious fight at the time, just a easy win for Joe to end his career.
