Why is Shelley Finkel obsessed with putting matchroom out of business?

How would he be exposed as a liar? People like you will believe anything he says. Haymon doesn't speak publicly. A 50 million offer arrived in his inbox, he turned it down, made up a bunch of lies, you believed those lies. Why would this be any different?Comment

"Offers" that you can't and won't back up with a contract when asked to don't mean shit.
Everybody knows the truth about the bogus $50million offer. Stop flogging that dead horse and let the poor critter rest in peace.Comment

Floyd vs Manny and Conor, Tyson vs Holyfield and Lewis .. Al and Shelly made all those fights happen, and plenty more too!Comment

In boxing, you send a term sheet and if the term sheet is accepted in principle, you go to long form contract.
Joshua ultimately rejected the term sheet, which is why there was never a long form contract. Nobody wastes time negotiating the color of the ring posts if the purse hasn't been accepted.
Hearn went on IFL weeks after the 50 million offer was emailed and said he'd been having productive talks with Haymon and Finkel for weeks. That they'd answered all of Hearn's questions about the offer and the only issue was that Joshua was leaning towards rejecting the offer so he could fight at home instead.
Once Joshua took a bunch of flack for rejecting the offer, Hearn started making up excuses, excuses that you believed because you believe everything he says, even if the excuses didn't make any sense at all.Comment

But that's just you believing Hearn again, even though you have no way of knowing if Hearn is trying to fool you.

The "productive talks" Hearn had with Haymon were not about the $50million offer, which was already dead and buried by that time.Comment

Are you sure you even know what a term sheet is? How many term sheets have you sent in your life?
A term sheet is a bullet-point document outlining the material terms and conditions of a business agreement.
A bullet-point document outlining the material terms and conditions of a business agreement is exactly what Wilder emailed to Hearn and Joshua. The term sheet included what the minimum guaranteed purse would be, who would decide where the fight would be held, the time frame for when the fight could take place, what the profit sharing would be, whether there could be intervening fights, whether there would be a rematch clause, etc.
Everything that would be expected in a typical boxing term sheet was included.

Wilder sent the 50 million offer on April 25, 2018. Here is an IFL video from weeks later:
Eddie Hearn: "I went back to Al Haymon and asked him six or seven questions, of which they gave us the answers. Some were good answers, some were not so good answers. None were horrific answers."
"It's really a case of does Anthony want to take the fight in Las Vegas."
"There is more money, based on the offer, to do the fight in the US."
"The main thing to decide is are we prepared to go to America. If the answer is yes, we have to go back through the points and try to get it over the line."
"I haven't requested proof of funds."Comment

Whether you're mistaken or lying, the information you're posting is demonstrably false.
