Mexicans dont see Canelo as a true mexican due to his ethnicity.

They see a mexican with that slick defense and massive snake and think he must be black.

of course not, he is a biased trainer, but i never said that he had ggg losing the fight, read my post again, abel had the fight a draw, he clearly said that... this is a post about duran and his opinion, and you bring other boxes, but you dont like when i do the same.. like i told the other poster, i respect everyone's opinion in such a close fight... if you think ggg won that is just your own personal opinion, mine is different and neither will change anything...

Name a fighter with that resume of stepping in the ring with
You should have left Kirkland, Angulo, and Mosley off that list. They were not threats to Canelo at the time he fought them. With that said, he's fought top level competition.

if you're back pedaling, your back touches the ropes at some point during the fight. You'd also see some foot movement back at forth, none of that happened. He circled him. Theres a huge difference if you know boxing or have ever boxed. You denying that Canelo was hurt and was just slipping punches sounds clueless to be honest. I didn't even watch the fight with sound on the first time so lampley has no effect on what I saw with my own eyes. It's crazy how you talk about lampley as a ggg fan boy but ignore the blatant cheerkeading Canelo gets from hbo announcers. If you listened to max Kellerman, you'd think Canelo was dominating by winning "the story of the fight" as he's getting outlanded round after round.

It's 2018 in this age with social media and everything nobody is loved 100%. Everybody will have haters if you don't have haters then you ain't doing extraordinary shyt. He fought everybody they wanted him too. He whooped GGG azzz and did it Mexican Style and rearranged his face. Mexican fans who were foolish to root for GGG were embarrassed and burning GGG gear and booing GGG after the fight. Canelo stamped his greatness and is already on a list of all time great Mexicans. Canelo is a boss and if 90% of Mexico loves canelo who cares about the 10% that don't, count your money and laugh all the way to the bank fans and haters paying to watch you fight all the same.

                  Oh, that's a scoring criteria. I didn't know.

Just stop it, just don't, that's a lie and you know it about Mexican fans burning GGG's clothing. A few idiots do not define thousands of Mexicans who supported and still support GGG. You are making a rule out of exception.

In your own words it seems that only 10% of Mexicans appreciate the pure sport side of boxing, not the glamour or money. These are the 10% who support GGG. 90% support the diva of Mexican boxing. Kardashian has more followers than Neil De Grass Tyson. What else is new in the world?

What's that supposed to mean? Mexicans treat gringos differently than they treat Mexicans? I never knew that. If that's the case, why is the media constantly obsessed with gringos supposedly being racist towards Mexicans if in reality it's the opposite of that, according to Latino icon Roberto Duran?
