Undisputed champion in that era and dominant champion for 5 years is a great accomplishment. That's part of my criteria and then to come back 13 years after in that era and defeat a champion like Legra is an excellent accomplishment. You don't have to hit all those criteria but perhaps hit one and we are talking.

Dominant Champion with a handful of Title defenses in the 1960's is not overly impressive or out of the ordinary.
