Is Mayweather the GOAT 154 lbs and under fighter?

What fighters can be ranked ahead of Mayweather in the low weight divisions? My top 5 is Ali, Lewis, Robinson, Mayweather, JCC Sr. I have Mayweather among the best non-Heavyweights.

You do realize that Robinson's prime was under 154?

Can be ranked ahead? I won't use Pacquaio because that will send people crazy but the following can and in most cases probably would (by historians at least) be ranked ahead of him (under 154 guys only)

    Sugar Ray Robinson
    Henry Armstrong
    Willie Pep
    Roberto Duran
    Eder Jofre
    Sugar Ray Leonard
    Jimmy Wilde
    Mickey Walker
    Benny Leonard
    Sandy Saddler
    Carlos Ortiz
    Pernell Whitaker
    Barney Ross
    Tommy Hearns
    Jimmy McLarnin
    Tony Canzoneri
    Kid Gavilan
    Joe Gans
    Ike Williams
    Emile Griffith
    Alexis Arguello
    Jose Napoles
    Ruben Olivares
    Julio Cesar Chavez

I'd say those 24 guys could be and probably should be ranked ahead using just fighters who fought mostly under 154. Towards the top of the list the names are more certainly ahead and more factually ahead though the list is in no real order and just off the top of the head.

If you don't know at least 22 of those names you probably aren't qualified to have a top 5 list unless it's top 5 favorites for example.

Plently of arguables in there but two things are for sure there's no way Jofre and Wilde are ranked ahead of Mayweather.

why would you have lewis in your top 5 across all divisions? genuinely curious about the logic behind that

holyfield & tyson were very undersized & past it when they fought him and if you subtract them, his career/competition probably wasn't above wlad's much less top 5 ATG across all weights

Wrong. I actually know all of those fighters and have seen multiple fights of them. Probably 20-30 of many of them too.

How many have you ever heard of of that list and seen fight? Be honest.

We aren't all dumb casuals that revolve around one or two fighters like you. Some of us are real boxing fans that know the history and care about the overall sport. I would imagine you've heard of 6-7 of those guys and maybe seen 2-3 of them. Your comments sure your ignorance and lack of knowledge on boxing.
