Well he's still alive and ballin at 193 years of age, so he can't be that ******.

As to PBC, Haymon is probably biding his time. He's good at playing the percentages, we're not going to get rid of him that easily.

thats why haymon lost nbc, is losing espn after they get the last of the money he owes them on the contract etc. pbc is dying but haymon can keep a nice roster on showtime. too bad with banner getting dates he doesn't have it on lock anymore.

Arum's very intelligent and business savvy but he's also quite old fashioned and stuck in his ways.

You'd expect that though from a guy that's almost 85.

I'm no fan of Bob but I highly doubt he wastes any time talking to Haymon if he knows PBC is over.

Seems like the only ones saying PBC is over are a few ugly faces in the media... both boxing and MMA. Smh

ESPN has a boxing poll (take their editorial staff for what it is)

                  200lbs+: Wilder[WBC], Joshua[IBF], Stiverne

                  200lbs: Huck, Bellew[WBC], Glowacki

                  175lbs: Stevenson[WBC], Beterbiev, Alvarez, Cleverly[wba], SmithJr

168lbs: DeGale[IBF], Jack[WBC], Dirrell, Dirrell, Groves, Smith, Bute

                  160lbs: Jacobs[wba], Lee, Quillin, Khurtsidze

                  154lbs: Lara[WBA], Andrade, Charlo[WBC], Charlo[IBF], Trout, Martirosyan, Williams

                  147lbs: Thurman[WBA], Brook[IBF], Danny Garcia[WBC], Porter, Spence, Khan, Peterson

140lbs: Broner, Burns[WBA], MolinaJr, Provodnikov, Mikey Garcia

                  135lbs: Zlaticanin[WBC], Crolla, EasterJr[IBF], Barthelemy, Shafikov

                  130lbs: Pedraza[IBF], Martinez, Cherry

                  126lbs: Frampton[WBA], Santa Cruz, RussellJr[WBC], Selby[IBF], Mares, Cuellar[wba]

                  122lbs: Ruiz, Quigg, Guzman, Ceja

                  118lbs: Warren[WBA], McDonnell[wba], Payano, Kameda

                  {{no real significance for Haymon at 115lbs or below}}

Haymon's not going to win every fight, but he's going to win more than he loses, in a world where Arum basically has no margin for error at any weight class.

Lomachenko, at 130lbs, is arguably the only fighter that Arum has that beats Haymon's top fighter at any weight class. nice try though
Haymons orbit, thats nice. So now fighters who have never even fought on his shows get put in there because "its possible". Arum cant cover the bases because he doesn't have many fighters but he can do a lot of damage in particular divisions just with guys like Donaire, Magdaleno, Valdez, Lomachenko, Ramirez and Gvozdyk. Head-to-head match ups he'll win most. He doesn't have a stable of 200+ of which max 20 are relevant.

                  lol Joshua?
I remember that one time Joshua fought on a Haymon card, oh wait it didnt happen? I was dreaming? The only connection would be Hearn cherrypicking Haymon heavyweight prospect bumland for stiffs to feed to Joshua.

Brook came in here with the intention of making Haymon cry by beating up Porter is he really on his side?
Crolla, who just lost to GBP Linares? Sure you want to accept that one? Shafikov is not Haymon. Fighting on their shows especially as the opponent doesn't mean youre with them. Quigg hasn't even fought in the US.

Ive noticed Haymon has a lot of the fluff but none of the crop.
                  HW: Wilders a joke.
CW: Glowacki just got owned by Usyk.
LHW: All his LHWs are running from Kovalev.
SMW: DeGale lost to Medina and all the other guys suck. His best guys there are going life and death with shot Bute. Ramirez has a good shot at cleaning out.
                  MW: All scared of Golovkin.
JMW: Best fighter practically already lost to Alvarez. Trash belt-holders that get schooled by the likes of John Jackson and Austin Trout.
WW: Brook whooped Porter instead of basically losing to him like Thurman did.
JWW: That list is full of bums. Burns got whooped by Beltran.
LW: Shafikov had a razor-sharp close fight with Barthelemy. Terrible division. Mikey was with TR who brought him up all the way but I'll give you this one though Lomachenko has a good chance of cleaning up here.
SFW: So many fighters whoop those fighters.
FW: Lomachenko had already cleaned out his stable before he went up but Valdez has a good shot at taking over for him.
SBW: Most of those guys would lose to Donaire. Maybe even to Magdaleno. Ruiz was recently owned and destroyed by ancient fossil Hozumi Hazegawa.
BW: Probably all get knocked out by Yamanaka.

those are low budget fs1 shows and 2 mid level spike cards. relax lol.

NBC is just going to have their two more fights they are owed so they can get that fat pbc check in jan/feb instead of nov/dec. Espn is doing the same next year. Just collecting that fat pbc $$ although this year pbc turned espn cards into fs1 level cards. No more Keith Thurmans and Leo Santa Cruz-Abner Mares level fights in 2016 on ESPN.

The only big fight cards this year will be on non pbc network Showtime who buys fights and isnt part of #freeboxingforall as was the former mantra of pbc
