In the interview afterwards, they tried to get Diaz to say he was actually in poor shape, but Diaz said he trains 2 hours every day regardless and is always in good shape. It's not full camp shape, but he was in solid shape.

McGregor lost fair and square, but looked far smaller. I wouldn't be surprised if Diaz was 185+ and McGregor was 170 on fight night. I kind of wanted McGregor to lose, he was getting kind of annoying believing his own hype, calling himself a god, etc.

Pretty much, he blew his load early thinking he can ko Diaz. Although Diaz started slow and the moment he started to throw and move his head, Conor was missing and wasting energy.

That 1-2 text book Diaz threw changed the fight for good.
Conor ended up being the panic wrestler against a very good bjj in Diaz.

American Ninja !!! No touch butt here.

it was Jiu Jitsu not boxing which is cool as long as you don't make eye contact.

I've never been a fan of ultimate fighting but I did tune in to this fight. It seems a lot of Boxing fans did.

Anyway, from a solely Boxin standpoint (as I have no knowledge or clue what so ever about wrestling and submissions and all that kind of stuff that happens in ultimate fighting) I thought both were really poor. According to Joe Rogan on commentary he said that the Mexican guy was one of the best boxers in the UFC which baffled me.

Squaring up with his arms to his waist, taunting his opponent and doing a very poor jab avoiding the jab, which allowed Diaz to follow up with straight lefts easily. Then when his best shots couldn't take Diaz out, he didn't adjust his game.

It was the boxing that made mcgregor suddenly turn into a wrestler. He went for the take down to avoid being ko'd. Not that diaz displayed great boxing or anything, but he landed clean on mcgregors chin and the fight was basically over.

Diaz is UFC's Margarito. Big balls, big heart, and good looking.

                  War Diaz!

Conor said after the fight he should have conserved energy and he was not efficient with his shots he started going for the KO. He thought he could do to Nate what he did to the FW's and get away with it. His gas tank is ****. Watch the Mendes fight again Conor was done, luckily for him Chad was also done.

The problem with MMA is the fans. They think people with 3-0 to 7-0 records are not beatable....and they all lose quickly.

                      Lesnar
                      Slice
                      Rousey
                      McGregor

These idiots get so ****y at 4-0....sport is a joke.
