Golovkin's never struggled to make 160. Check out his weigh ins as he's approached his last 10 fights. He's a natural MW. Ward would have a huge size advantage if they fought. The truth is you want to see GGG bend over and give Ward a huge advantage.

If he wants to keep his WBC title (and his integrity), Canelo is mandated to fight GGG next and has no authority via the WBC to demand a catchweight. If he negotiates one with GGG, the WBC will still sanction the fight but they cannot force GGG here. The truth is you want GGG to once again bend over and give his opponent a huge advantage.

154 to make the JMW limit where Floyd held a title and came into the ring in the low to mid 150s. Not 155 for Canelo, the MW champ who comes into the ring in the low to mid 170s (heavier than Golovkin). The truth is you either hate GGG or his "fans" so much that you're willing to ignore obvious facts and logic.

As for the 155 Caneloweight, why on earth would GGG and his team start conceding weight at this point even before they start negotiating? How'd that work out for Dawson against your hero Ward? Did Andre man up and offer a fair compromise, or did he take every advantage and hold Dawson to 168?

You call Canelo a middleweight, for fighting at 155, 1lb over the JMW limit.

But he has never fought at the middleweight limit of 160, and he has never faced a middleweight opponent..... he fights JMW's at 155..... so he is clearly an entitled JMW who is behaving unprofessionally..... OBVIOUSLY !!

Here's some reasons Canelo demand is way worse, the most cowardly pathetic CW demand ever:

1. 155 is way worse than 157, its lowest possible CW. Remind me, who's the last fighter (nm champ lol) that imposed this on divisional rival
2. AFAIK never before has a champ demanded a CW over mando, nm lineal champ, nm 155
3. Oscar was holding his 6th divisional belt going up vs naturally much bigger ATG. Canelo in his 2nd (ie 1st + 1lb), outweighs his challenger fight night lol
4. Oscar was a paper champ that robbed weakest champ for that 6th belt. Canelo is lineal, rated above Ggg at MW in all the rankings

U do know GGG never said that right? It was Abel Sanchez who said it. What Abel did say was that he'll move up for the right fight which at the time was vs Froch or Chavez jr due to them being big money fights. At that time Ward was just coming out of his temporary retirement and when asked about a fight with GGG stated ...."I'll fight GGG sometime next year after 2-3 tuneups".

The contract weight was 157, which is nowhere near as bad as 155, esp considering Oscar was naturally much smaller, competing in his 6th division.
