You guys are clearly deluded and crucify others on here when you're just as bad.
Wait...Wait...wait. I'm criticizing you for ONLY focusing on that portion of his career WHEN he was fighting that way and ignoring his activity at the lower weights. You got to be careful on this site. You dudes love to twist words around. And even at 147, he beat up Judah and Hatton. His first fight with Cotto and Maidana were exciting fights.

Please be done with this conversation. It's going nowhere. Especially when you blindly focus on the latter part of his career.

Most his biggest fights were at WW. Those are the fights we mention when we justify him being an ATG.

Skills and dominance being the other things.

But look at Duran for example, the dude fought the same all the way from LW to SMW.

And in regards to the NE - PBP debate: Floyd didn't walk Canelo down, and Floyd isn't one dimensional.
He reverted when he fought bigger/heavier men. when it was guys the same size or smaller-he fought like a boxer puncher. That's why Hatton eventually got KO'd.

Duran can only fight one way.

I just think its clear that Roger had Floyd fighting much differently than FLoyd SR. did.

Now you get the luxury of explaining to me how he was a bigger fighter than Diego Corrales.

Edit - And he's doubling down on that ******ity. You can't make this up.
I love throwing subliminals and trolling dude. He gets so animated.

I might be intervening without any idea what's happening, but Duran could fight a hell of a lot more than one way.

I said Corraless is one of his biggest wins before he moved to WW.

I would disagree. I'm oversimplifying it for purposes of the discussion at hand.

I'm not in any way trying to diminish him or what he accomplished. I just don't recall him fighting a different style. In fairness, I missed most of his early career.
