Wrong. Kovalev would not have to give up any of his belts if Duva lost a purse bid to the promoter of a mandatory challenger. Stevenson was not Kovalev's mando.

Here's the reality ME is willing to negotiate and give Stevenson home court and probably anything else he wants they just want to choose the network while Haymon has shown he won't do business unless he controls everything so unless he breaks that trend... this fight isn't happening.
Since when winning a purse bid is controlling ? You go where the money is, pretty simple... BTW for how long is Kovalev tied with HBO ?

Hey @AdonisSuperman, 50/50 offer to fight #Krusher on HBO PPV is still on the table. Has been all year. Call us anytime. #KovalevStevenson
Theres nothing pretentious about having a coherent argument and addressing points brought up by someone you're debating.

Stevenson's level of comp was decent back on HBO, but since then it's been scrub after scrub. When your best win in that period is Fonfara straight off FNF, getting schooled by a shot Campillo for 8 rounds, that tells the whole story.

Good job of saying nothing, alt. No worries, everybody knows that an offer of 50/50 on HBO PPV is the opposite of blocking the fight.

If you see the post I was referring to, I said specifically that you could make a case that Haymon was initially blocking fight and was looking for easy fights. That is exactly what Duva is doing now. Stevenson was a valuable name at that point so they thought it would be better to milk the title against no names. Now that Kovalev is a valuable name, Duva is trying to fight easy fights and make easy money in the same exact way. I was against what Haymon was doing with Stevenson earlier and I am against what Duva is doing with Kovalev now.

But what I am saying is that currently it is Duva that is blocking and nothing you said addressed any of the points I brought up
Duva is not blocking the fight or protecting Kovalev from Stevenson. She has just repeated her offer to Superduck to fight Kovalev on HBO, ffs.

Kovalev CAN'T fight off HBO, because he signed an excluusivity deal with them, and contracts like that are legally binding. Is that so difficult to understand?

It's not hard to understand at all, they're just arguing for the sake of arguement. And it's honestly sad at this point, because regardless of where the fight takes place,be it hbo, showtime,or pbc, kovalev still knocks Stevenson the **** out.

Why do you need a purse bid ME wants to negotiate plus PPV will bring in more money for both fighters
