The one thing they said about the Jack-Dirrell fight said they make no mention of the fight being named by name or visibility to the WBC title.

That's not true. The ref was wearing a WBC badge on his shirt.

Jack wore the friggin' WBC belt when he picked up the decision, posing for clear pictures with the title belt.

Stevenson wore his belt, and the winner of Dirrell-Degale will likely where their belt as well. lol.

Haymon is a very intelligent man I'm gonna laugh when he beats the charges. When you act as a promoter and adviser for a fighter, you have a direct fiduciary stake in what that fighter does. This means you can force them to make decisions that are not in their best interests, i.e. turning down lucrative contracts to be promoted by other people, taking a dive, taking drugs to gain an advantage, whatever. Many of his top fighters are both promoted and managed directly by him.....that alone is in direct violation of the Ali Act and is a punishable offense.

This violation is enough to warrant a more in depth investigation. Especially when you are taking money out of other organizations' pockets, these people aren't just going to walk away, they will keep on him until something happens. The courts will ultimately feel compelled to take action, especially once more groups join in the lawsuit.

They would have to have proof for it to hold up in court not hearsay and his fighters he advise is some of highest paid boxers it's just going be hard for them to win lawsuit but it's going stop him from making it a league like he wanted to so still a win for plaintiffs in suit that's why they mentioned rumblings and rumors that he making his own belt for pbc series that's they goal to stop that from happening

in the ufc the best fighters of each division are always fighting each other all promoters put on crappy cards not just haymon arum does nothing but in house match ups

Wearing the belt and holding it high above your head are two different things. In fact I would not be surprised if the WBC told PBC that if they do not allow the fighter to wear the title, the fight will not be sanctioned. There was no celebration at all when Jack won his belt.

Compare that to the Wlad fight on HBO where after the fight his entourage was in the ring with all his titles, draping them over his shoulders and holding them high and proud. THAT was a winning celebration. Not the lackluster PBC affairs where it looks like some grade school sport where everyone is a winner at the end so not to hurt anyone's sensitive feelings.
