It is obvious to me that Michael Koncz had absolutely nothing to do with the Mayweather/Pacquaio negotiations. He didn't participate in negotiations in any way, wasn't consulted and knew absolutely nothing about what was going on in negotiations except for what he read on boxing websites, just like boxing fans.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of Pacquaio worshippers who are dumb enough to believe that, after negotiations are complete and the contracts are signed, Koncz actually has/had some influence in negotiations. This pursuit of Koncz's regarding the $5 million fine is a feeble attempt to con gullible fans into believe that.

Memo admitted he was working with ariza for mayweather. He said 2 heads are better than 1. Didn't say he was working directly with Floyd but does he really need to be? What of Justin fortune said he was working with memo for this fight, Manny would be getting crucified

Well, to be honest, what he is saying there makes sense. There may not be compensation for either side for years pending litigation if there is a failure. This at least provides an immediate payout to the fighter and not to the commission. And the suspension is "up to 4 years" not 4 years guaranteed.

Sounds somewhat dodgy for either party to not be willing to sign this if there is nothing to hide. If this is truly what the proposed agreement states and it was intentionally spun as something else by someone, that in itself is extremely dodgy as well.

You may want to actually read the article doe. It's a totally separate 5M penalty paid directly to the fighter that has absolutely no bearing on the penalties and fines assessed by USADA and NSAC. This would be in addition to all those other fines.
