Why do people keep saying use vada? Agreeing to that fine can hamper future litigation by other party the person who tested positive lawyers can tell judge that the fine was the agreed upon amount to be exchange no farther damages need to be awarded that's why it was dumb to suggest it a good lawyer can make the plantiff look ****** and only 5 mil will be awarded for failing test without that clause you can sue for your purse you was suppose to get and pretty much win

You guys need to get th facts straight. NSAC conducted the test for the Bradley fight. Bradley went to VADA on his own. Lets not forget VADA did the testing for Pac vs Rios and Rios was th one that tested positive.

ya i think people forget that pac didnt even usa vada for bradley he used wada while bradley tested for wada and vada but manny only did wada and arum refused vada
