It cracks me up that Pac fans are all for cleaning up the sport now, and quick to claim that Floyd is on PEDs. You had Manny's back when he refused random tests back in 2009 as you called Floyd a coward. Here's some reality for you. If Floyd didn't want testing, this fight wouldn't have it because Pac definitely wouldn't have pushed for it.

Floyd would've been blacklisted if he had turned down random tests like Manny did.

He clearly told ESPN when this story first broke that he knew it wasn't in the fighter contract but he let it go because he didn't want to derail the negotiations, but him and Manny wanted it included in the usada contract which is totally separate from the fighter contract. Ellerbe is the one spinning this thing. The 5 million would be on top of whatever they could get fined by the commission and by violating the fighter contract. There is a system in place where if fighter A tests positive for a banned substances causing this $300 million fight to be canceled, fighter B can sue fighter A for monetary compensation. An amount that would probably be in the tens of millions of dollars. But Koncz is having a hissy fit because he didn't get a pointless 5 million dollar addendum? His argument being that the court procedures would take too long? This has to be a publicity stunt.

OMG!! Stop it! Maybe Mayweather does not want to sign anything not proposed by him. Maybe he is too proud. Maybe he feels that Manny is still in the hole with the IRS and as soon as he tests positive, he will file for Chapter 11 and not be able to pay 5 million.
